We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Interim CEO to guide our charity through a crucial period of growth and transformation.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who:

✅ Has successfully turned around charities’ finances through fundraising, strategic grant-writing, and diversifying income 
✅ Is a decisive and collaborative leader - firm when needed, always people-focused 
✅ Brings emotional intelligence and builds trust quickly with staff, funders, and partners 
✅ Understands the lived experiences of disabled people, ideally through personal experience 
✅ Is a strategic thinker and doer - someone who can implement change and lead from the front 
✅ Is confident using CRM and AI tools to boost efficiency 
✅ Has credibility with external stakeholders, and represents with integrity and passion 

This is a hands-on, high-impact interim role. You’ll need to hit the ground running, build momentum fast, and stay true to your word.
