Reporting to the COO, the Head of Volunteering will play a pivotal role leading the organisations volunteering work. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Grants Manager to join a fantastic charity working to provide long-term sustainable help to vulnerable young people, by working closely with organisations supporting families, schools and local communities.
Location: Hybrid working, 2 days can be from home and 3 days a week based in the Westminster office.

As Senior Grants Manager you will be an ambassador for the Foundation and will lead implementation of the grant making strategy to provide opportunities for children and young people (0-25 years old). A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Network Stock and Logistics to join a fantastic charity working to make a difference to families with babies and young children living in poverty across London.
Location: The role is home-based with weekly visits to the charity’s warehouse and hubs across London
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
At the heart of the charity is the regifting of pre-loved baby equipment, clothes and toys onto other families. The charity want to make it as easy as possible for families to pass on their items and this new role will support inventory management across all sites.
As Network Stock & Logistics Manager, you will take a network-wide view of all stock and logistics. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supplier relationships, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic planning. This will include both the inbound and outbound movement of stock, as well as London-wide logistics infrastructure and contracts. You will work closely with the warehouse team on stock levels, policies and procedures, as well as with hub teams to have a complete picture of network stock levels and needs, in order to make efficiencies, improve stock flow and engage with the community.
The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics, retail, procurement, community engagement, and will be a confident and articulate person, who enjoys engaging with stakeholders from all backgrounds, whether it is a school or religious group, large corporate partner or individual donor. You must be practical and well-organised, happy reorganising a spreadsheet of stock items and must be a keen problem solver and strong team player.

This is a newly created role as they seek to grow engagement and support from people affected by this condition. They are a relatively small and agile organisation who punch above their weight and have big ambitions.
This charity is dedicated to making life better for people with eczema and their families. In the UK, around 1 in 5 children and 1 in 10 adults live with eczema, so lots of people look to the charity for hope and support. Their mission is to empower people to live well with eczema, to become 'expert patients' supported by a charity that puts their needs first. Through growing their research, campaigning and awareness-raising, they are working to improve eczema care now and in the future.
Fundraising underpins all of the charity's work and is crucial to their success. As Individual Giving Lead you will be responsible for driving donations and supporter engagement using personal, story-led communications.
Some key responsibilities will include;
* Managing individual giving activity - including activities such asregular giving, one-off donations and appeals, digital fundraising and payroll giving
* Developing and implementing a supporter engagement programme - create a multi-channel communication programme to optimise supporter retention and deepen engagement
* Leading on supporter appeals - working with other function leads to ensure activity is integrated and optimised
* Managing challenge event activity - including promoting and allocating National Eczema Society Gold Bond places in key events
* General management activities - such as budgeting, planning, strategy development
