Professional Learning Administrator

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday in office)
Duration: Full-time, Temporary until the end of April
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £14.84 plus £1.79 holiday pay up to £16.48 plus £1.99 holiday pay per hour (equivalent to £27,000-£30,000 FTE)
Start Date: 2nd February
Interview Date: Friday 23rd January (via Teams)

Charity People is delighted to be partnering with a membership association which

champions architecture and supports its members worldwide. Their Professional Learning and Development team delivers high-quality learning experiences for members, including online courses, webinars, and live events.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced administrator to join the Professional Learning and Development Programmes team on a temporary basis until the end of April. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth delivery of learning programmes during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract and financial administration, including templates, trackers, and invoices.
  • Support the team inbox, responding to member queries and troubleshooting LMS issues.
  • Facilitate webinars: liaise with speakers, manage introductions, and handle Q&A.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to coordinators and the wider team.

About You

  • Proven experience in administration within a busy team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and able to hit the ground running.
