The role:
As the Events Manager you will lead the organisation’s events programme, including webinars, workshops, annual awards, building tours and networking events. The Events Manager will manage all aspects of planning, logistics and delivery supported by an Events Assistant. You will review the overall events programme to ensure right balance of content. As the Events Manager you will manage events budget and reporting while also evaluating event performance. You will liaise with speakers, venues and suppliers too.

- Substantial experience as an Events lead in a membership or professional body

As the People and Culture Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the organisation. Working within the Operations team, the postholder will provide high-quality administrative and systems support to the People and Culture function, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
Key Responsibilities

A well known National Charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract. You will provide high-quality, insightful analysis and support senior stakeholders to maximise income and ensure the effective use of resources, helping to deliver the best possible services.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You will oversee marina operations, hospitality services, estate and facilities management, governance and compliance, staff leadership and member engagement. The Fundraising Database Manager reports to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Donorfy) and work with colleagues to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.
The role will lead on supporter data management and income administration, ensuring accurate and GDPR-compliant records. This includes maintaining supporter and beneficiary databases, managing integrations between systems (including Donorfy, mondayDB and third-party platforms).
You will oversee donation processing and income reconciliation across all fundraising streams, including Gift Aid management, Stripe integration and monthly reconciliations with Finance. You will support effective donor stewardship, alongside collaboration with fundraising team. You will deliver data extraction, reporting and analysis, producing regular income reports, KPI dashboards, forecasts and campaign analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will provide targeted data sets for fundraising and marketing activity, track performance, and support income planning.
You will also support events and campaigns, manage event data, registrations, sponsorship tracking and reporting, including imports from platforms such as JustGiving. Alongside this, you will ensure robust compliance, risk management and due diligence, managing consent, data retention, audits and compliant prospect research. Finally, you will play a key role in operations and stewardship, supporting major donor, corporate and trust relationships through effective systems, templates and processes, managing pipelines and moves management, and embedding fundraising best practice across the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of managing a CRM, either in fundraising or in a business using client and customer data. You will be a problem-solver, with experience of identifying and delivering on improvements for operational systems and processes.
You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders and influence at a senior level. You will have excellent IT skills, with experience of using data analytics tools within Microsoft and other software packages. You will have experience of developing and successfully embedding efficient operational processes. You will have a robust understanding of data compliance including GDPR, PECR and the Fundraising Code of Practice. You will have a commitment to the wellbeing of children and to the organisation's vision and mission.
Desirably, you will have experience using Donorfy (CRM database) and/or PowerBi. You will have experience of integrating Donorfy with other platforms (e.g. mondayDB, MailChimp, Microsoft, payment platforms such as CAFDonate or Just Giving). You will have experience of working in a fundraising department and/or on fundraising campaigns.

This is a critical role in a progressive campaigning organisation. Your input will see the growth of the organisation through the development of a range of income generation streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing income from trusts, foundations, major donors and legacies, in addition to revising and developing the fundraising strategy. A key priority for this role will be identifying and maximising on opportunities with trusts and foundations through writing compelling applications to maximise on the funding opportunities available to the organisation from the diverse range of priorities they support.
The successful candidate is likely to bring a demonstrable track record in securing income from a range of sources, including trusts and foundations. You will enjoy leading and managing teams and working strategically as well as 'hands on' as your remit will include establishing relationships with new, existing, and previous funders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Media & Events Officer to join a Global Sustainability Charity. The Digital Media & Events Specialist is an important hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality digital media, design, and event communications that support organisational visibility, engagement, and growth. The role combines creative digital production with operational ownership of content channels and events, ensuring that campaigns, newsletters, websites, and virtual and in-person events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Design and produce on-brand digital assets for web, social media, email, presentations, and events
- Create and edit short videos, reels, animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for organic and paid channels
- Develop adaptable templates and asset variations optimized for different platforms
- Maintain and update brand guidelines for consistency, accessibility, and quality
- Design and update PowerPoint decks for external presentations and events
- Plan and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and TikTok
- Collaborate with stakeholders and copywriters to create engaging content with clear calls to action
- Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and support social listening/community management
- Design and adapt creative assets for paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.

Ideal candidate profile:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in digital media, content production, or communications roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, video or motion content, and multi-channel delivery
- Proficiency in digital design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, or equivalent
- Experience managing social media channels and producing platform-native content
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools

The charity is a leading occupational benevolent organisation which supports individuals and their families who are working or retired and are in real need. The organisation provides independent advice, guidance, case management, and grant giving for people encountering a wide range of concerns including financial, health, housing, and wellbeing issues.
The Executive & Governance Assistant will support the CEO, COO and Exec team, and also provide support for the Board of Trustees. The role responsibilities will include diary management, scheduling, inbox triage, making travel arrangements, meeting preparation and event planning. You will also be a key support in regard to Board meetings, circulating agendas, minute taking, and collating and distributing papers to strict deadlines.
The role will see you being a main administrative contact for the organisation with external stakeholders, such as with bank partners, other benevolent funds, and charitable partners, and you will respond on behalf of the CEO in respect of administrative matters.
The EA & Governance position also encompasses governance officer responsibility, maintaining statutory and governance records, including the Register of Interests, and all Trustee Charity Commission and Companies House filing requirements.
The ideal candidate will be people orientated, experienced in working with Boards and Board committees, able to balance priorities and to communicate effectively and confidentially with all stakeholders, internal and external. A full time, hybrid and permanent position, the role generally requires 2 days per week in the London office. The successful candidate would ideally be able to be on site for additional days where required for extra meetings etc.
