This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Floating Support Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our dispersed refuge accommodation in Warwickshire.

You will be working as part of the Warwickshire Dispersed Safe Accommodation service. This service provides emergency accommodation across Warwickshire with high-quality domestic abuse support, ‘by-and-for’ services for survivors of domestic abuse and their children.

The post holder will provide high quality support and safety planning to survivors and their children who are fleeing domestic abuse. As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
