As our Retail Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional visitor experience, providing consistently high standards of customer care whilst actively supporting the strategic priorities of the Museum, especially in relation to the delivery of our retail and other commercial activities
Key responsibilities of our Retail Assistant include:

About This Job
The MS Society is starting a new phase of charity shop launches. Beginning with the launch of new shops in Hale and Sale as part of an exciting, national retail transformation.
You’ll be managing our shop volunteers and maximising revenue to support the activities of the MS Society local group.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A background of working in retail management is desirable.

The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience.
