Support Worker - Carers in Mind

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Support Worker to join our dedicated Carers in Mind team at Richmond Borough Mind. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering both one-to-one emotional support and the chance to help shape an inspiring programme of workshops, peer-led groups, and social events for adult carers supporting loved ones with complex mental health needs.

As part of a small, friendly team, you’ll be central to the day-to-day running of the service—coordinating events, managing communications, and working collaboratively with health and social care partners to ensure carers feel heard, valued, and supported. You’ll need to be confident with digital tools, highly organised, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
