Right now, we’re looking for a Registered Manager for our Crisis Recovery Service in Ealing.

As well as responsibility for the operational management of the service, including service delivery within policies, procedures and quality standards, the Registered Manager will ensure the service complies with relevant legislation and will oversee the work of a team that comprises of 1 Peer Support Coordinator, 1 Administrator, 1 Community Links Worker and 2 Team Managers that provide line management support for 15 Recovery Workers.

The Registered Manager will also help the Regional Operations Lead to prepare and deliver business plans and budgets. Substantial experience of contract management and the competency it takes to manage regulated activity and attain relevant qualifications as well as meeting the standards required by CQC. A proven ability to develop business plans and manage budgets is important too, as is an up-to-date understanding of the recovery/crisis management model and the ability to ensure the safe management of medication.

You are outcome focused, with a collaborative and flexible approach, you're great at motivating and inspiring others, adept at managing conflicting priorities, negotiate with tact and diplomacy and have good investigation skills. You will also need skills in managing conflicting demands and priorities, motivating staff and delegating work, as well as a good understanding of managing client risk and safe working practices.  A relevant professional social care qualification to support your experience would also be an advantage.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37.5 hours per week.
