Communications Manager
Rise:61 is a place based youth and community charity serving the estate of Bemerton Heath, Salisbury. We work alongside young people and their families, building trusted relationships and providing activities and support to help create a Better Bemerton for all.
This is a new, permanent role for Rise:61, offering an exciting opportunity to take our communications to the next level. We’re looking for someone instrumental in developing and delivering our communications plan. You will be responsible for gathering stories and sharing the impact of our work across all our channels, helping us raise awareness and funding. You’ll create engaging content like videos, photos, and written stories, oversee our website, social media, and newsletters, and support our fundraising and oversee our donor engagement efforts. It’s vital that the voices of our young people and their families are heard.
Position: Communications Manager
Responsible to: Head of Central Operations
Location: The role is based at our Bike and Creative Hubs in Bemerton Heath, Salisbury with flexibility for home working.
Hours: 3 to 4 days a week (7.5 hour days)
Salary: Based on full time equivelant of £28,433
