​With our new Design for Life strategy we are embarking on the next chapter in our 260 years’ strong history of social impact, with a range of interventions to unite people and ideas to turn world changing ideas into world changing actions.

The Opportunity 

​We have an exciting opportunity for a new Junior Content and Graphic Designer to help us achieve real impact by delivering compelling campaigns through the creation of impactful design concepts, assets and multi-media content for marketing  projects across a variety of channels and outputs including digital, social, experiential, offline, mixed media and beyond.

​This role is based at RSA House in central London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

​What we look for in a successful Junior Content and Graphic Designer candidate: 

  • ​Strong proven graphic design skills and relevant experience in applying creating design solutions within a business environment and across digital and traditional channels.
  • ​Experience in providing content for different audiences that will work across digital and traditional channels.
  • ​A detailed working knowledge of: Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat, and an understanding of using PowerPoint.
  • ​Hands on experience in creating and editing video and creating illustrations and animations both freehand using relevant software
  • ​Good interpersonal and communication skills and experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
