We are recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of integrated community programmes at the Bridge Community Hut. This includes including coordinating and delivering the Community Café and weekly cooking sessions, the community belonging programme, and an inclusive physical activity programme for children, young people, adults and older residents.
A core requirement of the role is to coordinate and deliver weekly healthy cooking sessions for local residents, including personally planning menus and preparing and cooking culturally diverse meals. The postholder will ensure that cooking sessions and café activities operate as safe, inclusive and well-managed spaces that promote participation, skills development and social connection.
We are looking to recruit either one full-time Project Coordinator or two part-time Coordinators who are organised, proactive and confident in both frontline delivery and programme coordination. You will have experience working with diverse communities, delivering community-based activities, coordinating weekly healthy cooking sessions and running a community café, as well as recruiting, training and supporting volunteers. You must be able to undertake effective outreach, engage local residents, and support volunteers to develop their skills and confidence. You will also coordinate and deliver a weekly programme of wellbeing activities, ensuring sessions are inclusive, welcoming and responsive to community needs.
This is an in-person role based at the Bridge Community Hut, with delivery taking place across weekdays and Saturdays.

About the Department
The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership was set up in 2017 with the mission to 'develop inspirational leaders who are called, connected, committed to deliver the Church of England vision for education'. Since then, it has operated a wide range of leadership development programmes, networks, research, conference and events, and published a range of key leadership resources to equip school leaders at every level to put their vision into practice.
Part of this provision has been as a very successful national provider of NPQ programmes. Beginning in 2017 with the delivery of NPQs for Headteachers, our suite of programmes has now expanded to include programmes for Specialist Teachers, Senior Leaders and also Executive Leaders. More recently, a partnership between the Church of England and the Catholic Education Service is also enabling programmes to be delivered more widely as together our school provision represents around 34% of the sector.
In 2025, the department will launch three new national programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, and Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL). These programmes respond to growing demand for high-quality, values-led professional learning and represent a significant expansion of our work across the education sector.
About the role
As Head of Flourishing Programmes, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery and expansion of our growing suite of values-led professional learning programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL), and Leaders Like Us. These programmes are designed to support the flourishing of educators at every stage of their journey, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, vocation, and leadership development. You will oversee a dedicated team and work closely with internal colleagues, delivery partners, and national collaborators to ensure these programmes are impactful, inclusive, and sector-leading. This role requires a visionary and relational leader who can manage complexity, inspire excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the programmes.
Strategic Leadership and Quality Assurance
- Provide strategic oversight of the Flourishing Programmes, including 'Leaders Like Us', ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and the Church of England Vision for Education.
- Lead the development and implementation of robust quality assurance processes to ensure excellence in delivery and readiness for external evaluation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Working
- Work closely with delivery partners, including UCL, and MAT/Diocesan networks, to ensure effective communication, training, and support.
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the education sector, including dioceses, MATs, and other national providers.
- Drive growth and programme engagement/recruitment across regional areas by developing strong, strategic relationships with schools, trusts, and diocesan networks.
- Represent the Flourishing Programmes on the national stage as an ambassador for our work, contributing to sector-wide conversations, networks, and events.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and the Partnerships and Engagement Team to strategically strengthen, streamline, and equip our Delivery Partner network - ensuring consistency across programmes, a unified voice and building capacity to drive increasing participant demand.

- It is anticipated that there will be approximately 12 travel days per year, although this will vary.

Whole School SEND is expanding its regional teams, and we are looking for experienced SEND leaders to step into seconded Regional SEND Leader positions.
As a Regional SEND Leader, you will lead the strategic delivery of the DfE’s Universal SEND Services programme across your region, enabling schools and colleges to embed inclusive practice and improve outcomes for learners with SEND. The secondment fee of £550 per day is paid directly to the employing organisation, ensuring there is no financial loss to the school, trust or local authority releasing the colleague for this work.
The Regional SEND Leader will continue in their substantive role while contributing the equivalent of one day a week (40 days across the year) to Whole School SEND. This model enables leaders to bring current, real world expertise into the national programme while maintaining their ongoing responsibilities within their home organisation.

About Sculpt UK
Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. The need for our work is clear given the increasing problems young people face and their lack of confidence and awareness regarding their journey into the world of work.
We run a range of bespoke programmes that work directly with young people in conjunction with partners - schools, careers hubs, employers, local government and further/higher education. We build the skills and experience of young people focusing on the transitions between school, education and work. What does the role involve?
Sculpt UK is hiring a youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training).

What could my day look like?
The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.

The Role
As CEO, you will lead the UK team of Together We Learn and work in close partnership with the Ethiopian team, providing guidance and support to enable them to deliver programmes to a high standard. You will provide overall leadership for the charity, with responsibility for fundraising and stakeholder engagement, oversight of programmes, and management of finance and operations.
The annual turnover of Together We Learn is £350,000, and you will be responsible for line managing two staff in the UK and occasional interns, as well as supporting our Ethiopian partner, who has 15 programme and 8 support staff working across two regional offices: Gondar in the Amhara region and Addis Ababa in the Oromia region. The charity is managed by an experienced board of 5 trustees who meet quarterly and provide ad hoc support in their professional areas of expertise.
The charity is in a stable position with funds secured for the current year and a fundraising plan in place for the year ahead. You will have a detailed handover to enable you to carry out the varied functions required by the role and will be supported in these by the Programmes Manager and Sponsorship Coordinator. Our current three-year strategy focuses on building the capacity of our Ethiopian partner so that they can take a greater role in leading the organisation. The Christian Young Leaders Programme is a new workstream focused on equipping, resourcing, and commissioning 4,500 young leaders (school years 9-13) for mission and ministry with children and young people by 2030. These young leaders will join the programme through churches, youth work, and educational settings, contributing to 15% of the overall 30k target by 2030.
At its heart, this programme expresses the conviction that young people are a full part of the Body of Christ, not future members of the Church but active disciples and leaders within the church. Initial design work for the programme has been developed in partnership with colleagues from Vision & Strategy, Education (the National Society), the Ministry Development Team, and a range of parachurch organisations. The programme will build on best practice from dioceses, schools, and local church contexts, ensuring safeguarding and inclusion remain central to every aspect.
The Young Leader Programme Lead will lead this new Christian Young Leaders programme from pioneering pilots through to full scale delivery across the Church of England to enable 4500 young people to grow in their faith and engage in mission and ministry with children and young people by 2030.
The post-holder will lead a national Christian formation programme for young leaders that becomes locally owned which helps young people grow in confident faith and discover their gifts as they contribute to being change-makers in the life of the Church and the wider community.

Essential
-
Track record of managing and growing programmes in education, youth, or the arts.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Experience working with schools, youth centres, studios or community partners.

Safeguarding knowledge and practice.

Experience working directly with young people.

Experience managing freelance or creative teams.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Strong digital literacy, with confidence in using tools for asynchronous planning, comms, and evaluation (e.g. Google Drive, SmartSuite etc.).

Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Interest in electronic music, grassroots culture, and community-focused work

Proactive self starter, comfortable working in a small, dynamic team.

Knowledge of music education or digital music production.
