Responsibilities of our National Email Marketing Officer: 

• The National Email Marketing Officer at Cats Protection will work within an enthusiastic and friendly team to deliver the charity’s email programme. The role includes full responsibility for managing the Cats Protection email platform (currently DotDigital), overseeing campaigns from planning and creation through to delivery and evaluation. 

• As a key member of the team, the Officer will help maximise engagement with new and existing supporters and contribute to sustainable income growth by producing informative and compelling email communications aligned with Cats Protection’s strategic objectives. 

About the Brand & Marketing team:

• Cats Protection’s Brand and Marketing team, based in the Marketing and Income Generation Directorate, looks after email marketing, Brand, Design, Editorial, Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Celebrity & Influencer relationships and Digital Fundraising.

• Small but busy, the Email Marketing team produces insightful email marketing campaigns for the charity. We work hard at building an engaged community of cat lovers online so that we can promote better feline welfare, raise funds and create a better world for cats. You’ll be creating, approving and advising on email content and will also get involved in national campaigns, vital infrastructure workstreams and more, all while working closely with teams from across the organisation. 

What we are looking for in our National Email Marketing Officer:

• Proven experience of digital marketing, ideally working with external agencies within the third sector 

• Specialist knowledge of email marketing, including automation 

• Proven track record of achieving digital marketing growth against agreed targets 

• An understanding of the principles of Data Protection 

• Broad-based fundraising experience 

• Experience of implementing supporter segmentation processes for email marketing purposes

About the role

Our Mentoring Service Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that our mentoring support for serving personnel, veterans and families runs smoothly, safely and effectively every day.

This is a key operational position at the heart of our mentoring pathway — the first point of contact for enquiries, a reliable source for guiding cases through the system, and the person ensuring that quality, consistency and safeguarding remain at the forefront of everything we do.

This role is vital in coordinating the entire volunteer journey – from recruitment and onboarding through to training, compliance and offboarding – ensuring every mentor enjoys a positive, well‑supported and consistent experience throughout their time with the service.

You will act on behalf of the Service Manager in day‑to‑day operations and during periods of absence, ensuring continuity and confidence across the service.

Accuracy matters in this role, so you’ll take pride in maintaining high‑quality data and applying robust quality‑assurance processes to support safe, consistent service delivery.

You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.

You’ll have experience of working with volunteers or volunteering yourself, and understand what good volunteer practice looks like — from recruitment and induction through to ongoing support, management and recognition. Strong communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with a wide range of people, whether internal colleagues, external partners, beneficiaries or volunteers.

There will be some travel required and therefore you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own car.

As the Mobile Application Engineering Lead within Cadet Digital Services, you will guide the technical delivery of our mobile platforms and ensure they remain secure, reliable and aligned with the needs of the cadet community.

You will work closely with our established Oracle APEX multi-disciplinary team, bringing your mobile expertise into a collaborative environment that already supports several digital services. GFS is seeking a creative and values led Programme and Participation Coordinator to bring our
programmes of youth activities to life and ensure that girls and young women (GAYW) are at the
heart of everything we do. This role sits within the Development and Impact Team and is key to
designing and delivering inclusive, evidence-informed activities that support and inspire girls, and
develop their socio-emotional skills to build confidence, friendships and wellbeing.

The Programme and Participation Coordinator will develop engaging activities and resources,
support training for delivery staff and administer the monitoring and evaluation of programmes.
They will also champion the voices of GAYW in decision making, and create and deliver
participation opportunities that ensure girl voices are heard across GFS. By connecting
programme design, impact measurement and participation, this role ensures that our work is truly
girl led. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as volunteers and external
partners, they will help embed a culture of learning from and collaborating with girls.

About the role

We are looking for a Global Acquisition Officer to help attract new supporters through high-quality content that connects people to our mission and inspires action. Reporting to the Global Acquisition Manager, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns across global markets, including paid social, PPC and other digital channels. You’ll craft engaging digital content, design and optimise donation and landing pages, and track performance to continually improve results.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Individual Giving, Communications, Supporter Care, Data, Technology, and Insights and Programs to bring stories to life and run campaigns that motivate supporters to act. You’ll also contribute to wider Acquisition programs, from DRTV and cold mailing to digital lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone early in their digital fundraising or marketing career who is organised, analytical, and creative. You’ll thrive if you bring a data-driven approach with experience in testing and optimising campaigns and turning innovative ideas into measurable results.

ROLDA (Romanian League in Defence of Animals) is an international animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of dogs, cats and other vulnerable animals in Romania and beyond. Since 2006, ROLDA has rescued tens of thousands of animals, built shelters, delivered large-scale neutering programmes, supported partner rescuers, and driven education initiatives to address the root causes of animal suffering.

We are now seeking an experienced UK-based fundraiser to help grow individual giving, higher value support and legacy income, while working collaboratively with our colleagues in the US and Australia

This is a hands-on fundraising role focused on developing supporter relationships and growing income from individuals. You will play a key part in strengthening donor journeys, stewarding higher value supporters, promoting legacy giving, and supporting sensitive supporter communications.

You’ll be expected to work towards agreed income targets and contribute to the growth of sustainable UK fundraising, while helping align activity internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement

• Develop and deliver individual giving activity, supporting donor acquisition, retention and engagement

• Support identification, cultivation and stewardship of higher value and major donors

• Support and grow ROLDA’s legacy programme
• Help develop legacy messaging and supporter materials

Corporate & Community Fundraising

• Support the development of corporate and community fundraising activity in the UK, working collaboratively with other UK team members.
• Help identify and progress potential corporate partnerships, employee fundraising opportunities and community-led initiatives.
•  Provide fundraising support and materials to UK volunteers and supporters running their own events or activities.
• Contribute ideas and practical support to grow these income streams over time

Income Generation & Targets

• · Work towards agreed income targets and fundraising objectives

Communications & Representation

• Act as a key point of contact for supporter communications

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience in individual giving, including supporter engagement and retention
