The RSCM is on a mission to enable the flourishing of church music, and in particular to get children singing.
Working across the whole charity, you will work to sell existing products, courses and events, as well as membership subscriptions. Young people are a key audience for Meningitis Now – and one where cases of meningitis are increasing. This role will be key in engaging with and raising awareness amongst young people across the UK. You will be responsible for developing content for our new TikTok channel, as well as moderating and finding ways to grow our audience. The team, which sits within the Communications division, is responsible for managing communications with warm supporters. What we’re looking for in our Solution Developer:
- Significant experience in software development using C# and TSQL or another development skill involving systems implementation
- Experience in functional and automated testing, producing test driven development
- Demonstratable knowledge of Azure Stack development, specifically around pipelines, functions, logic apps and service buses
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- The ability to apply specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete
- To show understanding for the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping these in mind when taking actions or making decisions

Reporting to an Engagement Team Manager you will recruit volunteers by promoting Re-engage’s services.

Engagement Officer tasks and requirements:
- Growing and developing our network of referral partners, including social prescribers and link workers, ensuring that Re-engage's work is promoted to people aged 75+ who are experiencing social isolation and loneliness.
- Utilise Re-engage's CRM (OPUS) to inform evidence-based, data-driven decision-making to develop effective engagement plans.
