As a manager, you will lead and develop our Event & Fundraising Specialist, providing coaching, support and professional development while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Success in this role will require strong commercial awareness, budget management expertise and the confidence to negotiate, influence and present to senior stakeholders, partners and Board members. About the role
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Communications Manager to lead strategic communications activity, increasing the reach, influence and impact of the Health Foundation’s work.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop clear, evidence-informed communications strategies and plans for some of our most important programmes and priorities. Bringing together media relations, digital communications, stakeholder engagement, events and internal communications, you will ensure our work reaches the right audiences and influence debate and action on health and care.

We are looking for a Senior Psychological Therapist to join our Services team and help shape psychologically informed support for the fire services community.
This is an opportunity to work autonomously within clear clinical frameworks, managing a focused caseload while receiving regular supervision and contributing to the development of group, early intervention and service improvement activity.
About the role
- Conduct structured initial assessments, manage risk and formulate appropriate clinical pathways.
- Deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions on a 1:1 and group basis, online and face-to-face.
- Work with service users experiencing mild to moderate, and some emerging complex, mental health needs.
- Maintain high-quality clinical records and work within organisational policies, governance frameworks and ethical standards.
- Provide guidance, consultation and clinical support to colleagues, contributing to safe decision-making and effective care delivery.
- Support service development, including structured programmes, group interventions, outcome measures and psychoeducational content.
About you
You will bring a Level 5/6 qualification in counselling, psychotherapy or equivalent professional experience, alongside registration with a relevant professional body such as HCPC, UKCP, BABCP or BACP.
You will have significant post-qualification experience of working with moderate to complex presentations, including trauma, comorbidity, safeguarding and clinical risk.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs, communicate sensitively with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to a supportive, inclusive and reflective team culture.
Additional information
The role includes participation in the senior clinical escalation on-call rota, with a requirement to provide a minimum of six weeks of cover per year. Occasional daytime coverage for the Crisis Line may also be required to support team capacity and continuous service delivery. Occasional national travel may be required, and enhanced safeguarding checks will be undertaken.

Purpose
The Living Wage Foundation is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Media and Communications Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive communications professional with a strong background in media relations, public messaging, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in working to tight deadlines, responding to last-minute changes, and prioritising competing demands in a high-profile environment. The postholder will lead all media, messaging, and external affairs work, developing and implementing a proactive media strategy that supports our mission and key campaigns, such as Living Wage Week and the annual Rates announcement. Role purpose
The Head of Finance is a key member of the Charity’s senior management team, working closely with the chief executive, directors, and trustees. The head of finance will lead the day-to-day financial operations of the Charity, including budgeting, reporting, audit, payroll, and pensions. Managing the finance manager and management accountant, the Head of Finance will ensure the effective running of the finance department and smooth day-to-day processes. As the Head of Finance, you will:

Main responsibilities
Financial controls, reporting, and operational finance

This is a rewarding and varied frontline role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in rescuing and supporting vulnerable animals, coordinating veterinary treatment and ongoing care, supporting fostering and rehoming pathways, responding to welfare concerns and helping deliver community welfare initiatives across the Branch area.
You will work closely with members of the public, volunteers, fosterers, veterinary partners, local Inspectorate teams and external agencies to help deliver high-quality welfare support to animals in need. The role will also include supporting the Branch Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programme for stray and feral cats, assisting with animal transport and admissions, maintaining welfare records and helping strengthen frontline animal welfare provision across North London.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in animal welfare, rescue or a similar environment who is confident handling cats and other domestic animals, able to manage varied casework calmly and professionally, and committed to delivering high standards of animal welfare with empathy and compassion.
The role will include some occasional evenings and weekends in line with operational needs.
