Homeless Intervention Project Worker
The Homeless Intervention Project Worker will contribute to the delivery of the emergency service provision within our Support Centre. This supports people experiencing homelessness and compound disadvantage as a result of substance misuse, immigration status, offending history or mental health The role will include working alongside our other services which support people to sustain accommodation and prevent homelessness. The service offers immediate practical and emotional support in a welcoming environment, with assessment, signposting and referrals to relevant support services.
You will have direct experience of supporting vulnerable people and an excellent understanding of the barriers to accessing support and accommodation that people with multiple disadvantages may face.
