What will I be doing?

Finance

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

You will bring strength to the day-to-day running of St Paul’s, as well as be planning for the short-term and long-term future health of the team and church.
· 5+ years experience in operations management, with a proven track record of line management.
· Strong finance capabilities and experience.
· Strong HR experience and understanding of the function.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
· Leadership and management experience in a diverse team.
· Personal maturity, wisdom, and discretion.
· Flexible, adaptable, ‘can do’ attitude, offers solutions to problems.

Working Requirements
- Proof of right to work in the UK according to UK Legislation.
- Days of work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with occasional evenings required
- Work hours: 9am – 6pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Urban Saints are looking for a Resources Coordinator to join the team as maternity cover. This is a key role that will oversee Urban Saints' online digital resources platform (Energize). The platform has a growing customer base, and with increasing opportunities to equip youth workers in reaching young people who are not stuck into church, this role is an essential one to ensure our subscribers are well-resourced to reach the young people they encounter.
A successful candidate will be able to use their writing & editing skills to curate and improve digital content on our Energize platform, as well as being able to use their excellent customer-service skills to ensure that our subscribers' needs are met.

The Partnership Manager (North West England) role involves:
- Engaging with churches from Merseyside, and further afield in North West England, communicating the exciting opportunity to run Kids Matter programmes in their local communities.
- Guiding potential church partners through our partnership pipeline, from initial enquiry to attending facilitator training.
- Nurturing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with our current partners through regular calls and support.
