About the Role
There are 1.4 million primary-aged children growing up in poverty in the UK, and we are currently only working with a fraction of them. We have grown rapidly over the last few years and are now looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager who can help take our fundraising work to the next level.
The Fundraising Manager will work with the team to drive Learning with Parents’ fundraising strategy. Their primary focus will be on strengthening our existing corporate partnerships pipeline, and managing new and existing corporate relationships. They will continue to develop and adapt the Learning with Parents proposition for corporate partnerships ensuring partnerships deliver mutual benefits and maximise impact on our shared mission.
The Fundraising Manager will also support our work with High Net Worth Individuals and Trust and Foundations. Their responsibilities will also include line management of our Fundraising and Operations Officer to achieve their aims and objectives.
The Fundraising Manager will represent Learning with Parents at external fundraising and networking events to raise our profile, build relationships and promote parental engagement in the charitable and education sectors.
Areas of Responsibility
Building a pipeline of corporate partners

Working closely with Learning with Parents’ CEO and COO, research, qualify and prioritise prospects to create a buoyant pipeline.

Maintain and update the prospect pipeline.

Engage with and cultivate potential corporate partners to develop meaningful collaborations with shared goals.
Stewarding new and existing funders

Writing and submitting applications to corporate foundations and other trusts and foundations.

Manage and steward Learning with Parents’ corporate partners, trust and foundations and other donors.

Fulfil any donor due diligence requirements.

Draft compelling update reports and other written materials as required.
Feeding into the fundraising strategy

About You
Experience within a similar role, or within the charity sector, would be great. However, we know that a lot of the most important skills in this role are transferable from jobs in other sectors, such as relationship development, account management and business development. The Director of Development will architect and steer a complete fundraising strategy that amplifies the Theatres’ financial resilience and propels its strategic ambitions in line with the current Strategic Plan 2024-2029. The postholder will cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders including donors, sponsors and partners and will personally work with the Theatre’s most committed donors. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will innovate within fundraising campaigns and use their skills in major donor fundraising to expand the Theatre’s financial base.
The best person for this position will be able to demonstrate a track record of securing significant funding within the UK arts sector and will enjoy realising ambitious fundraising strategies that have advanced an organisation’s mission. The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.
This is an exciting new role for the BDA, which has been created with the purpose of recruiting, managing and supporting regional volunteers, leading specific outreach to groups impacted and disadvantaged by dyslexia and resulting life circumstances. Location

Role Overview:
We are searching for someone with excellent leadership skills to join us at our service in West London as Floating Support Team Manager. You will oversee our service that is based in Brent, including Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Kensington and Chelsea.
You will support our clients (caseload of up to 64 clients) who have slept rough or are sleeping rough, who have been supported by partners into their own tenancies. The aim of the service is to support clients to sustain their tenancies and:

About Community Counselling:
The charity was established in 2013. It provides free therapeutic interventions such as counselling, play and creative art therapy, and EMDR (trauma) treatment to vulnerable people living in North Yorkshire, including children who have been the victim of crime. The clinical team consists of over 30 part-time practitioners, being a mixture of staff, volunteers (including trainees) and sessional workers. Last year we helped over 800 people with a wide range of mental health issues.

You will work directly with care experienced children and young people and those on Child Protection Plans providing them with advocacy support in the community and in a variety of settings. You will be a capable ambassador for Coram Voice with the ability to engage effectively with professionals, carers, other stakeholders and most importantly children and young people.

The interview process comprises of a written exercise and a panel interview. Successful candidates will have a further one to one interview in accordance within Warner recommendations. Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead our Individual Giving program. Reporting into the Head of Fundraising, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering fundraising appeals and regular giving campaigns. Main Responsibilities:
- Project manage, deliver, and develop fundraising campaigns across various channels including direct mail, email, digital, social media, radio, press inserts, and advertising.
- Grow and manage the regular donors’ scheme, Payroll Giving, In-Memory giving, and appeals, contributing to the overall fundraising strategy.
- Champion the use of data and insight to drive regular giving, utilizing databases for effective prospect and donor management.

Person Specification:
