We are looking for a proactive and compassionate HoPE Worker to join our Homelessness Prevention Service in Kensington & Chelsea. This is a rewarding role where you will work directly with people at risk of rough sleeping to prevent homelessness and secure safe, sustainable accommodation.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with Housing Options teams to prevent rough sleeping.
• Carry out assessments and deliver housing‑focused casework.
• Support clients to retain their current accommodation or move into safe, affordable housing.
• Build relationships with landlords and develop opportunities within the private rented sector.
• Advocate for clients to ensure they access the support and services they need.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Typical working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

About the role

We are seeking a Floating Support Worker to join our Accommodation Service based at Kensington and Chelsea Town Hall. This service provides support to adults who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, supporting them to sustain their tenancies and successfully settle into their new homes. You will work closely with individuals to help them access employment and education opportunities, and connect with appropriate services to address mental health needs, financial challenges, and substance or alcohol-related issues.

Working in this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

• To use a range of specialist assessment and personalised support planning tools to engage clients in the assessment and support planning process.
• To work with clients in producing person-centred support plans and ensuring that case reviews are carried out, support plans are implemented and adequate case records are maintained.
• To assess client risk and develop risk management strategies with the client and other relevant services.
• To work with a range of agencies to ensure all clients have access to relevant services including both statutory and non-statutory support.
• To provide specialist advice to clients on housing, health, welfare benefit claims and other issues as necessary.

About you

This role will suit people with: 

• An understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people – you may have had personal experience of homelessness yourself. 
• Experience of helping vulnerable people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change. 
• Good interpersonal and listening skills, to establish effective working relationships with clients.

What could my day look like?

The Education Worker role is a frontline, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two weeks will look the same. A typical day will have different activities, possibly spread between the IntoUniversity centre, partner schools and the offices of a corporate partner.

In the morning, you might be setting off with resources to run a workshop for sixth-form students in their secondary school. In the afternoon you may be setting up the classroom ahead of running Primary Academic Support for young people in your IntoUniversity centre. On other days, you may be travelling to a corporate partner to run a business simulation workshop for 15 year-olds or leading a group of final year primary school students on a campus visit for their graduation.

The Role

As a Researcher, you will deliver research and analysis on forest and farm finance across the Global South, with a special emphasis on Latin America, working to strengthen sustainable finance models that support people, nature and climate goals.

A significant focus of the role will be designing and delivering action research projects, generating qualitative and quantitative evidence and applying appropriate research frameworks to deepen understanding of forest and farm finance.

Working with forest and farm producer organisations, you will analyse findings, develop new knowledge and produce research outputs that support the development of green value chains, improved access to finance and stronger self-generated finance models.

You will also co-ordinate collaborative projects with international partners, contribute to funding proposals and support communication and engagement activities that share research insights with wider audiences.

About You

To be considered as a Researcher, you will need:

• A solid research background with skills and experience evidenced by a track record of growing publications in your own field (e.g. research reports, policy briefs, tools or toolkits)
• Field research and in-country experience in forest and farm development work in Latin America
• Experience in research or in technical capacity development in relevant areas such as forestry or agroforestry, forest enterprise development, climate or development finance
• Experience of research team coordination, including from a distance
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of institutions, actors, and current debates and research agendas in the field of forestry, agriculture and development
• An understanding of how to work effectively with partners in developing countries
• A relevant postgraduate degree in an area such as forestry, land use, economics, sustainable development or similar, or equivalent experience
•  Professional training and/or a certification in economics or access to finance for vulnerable communities
• The willingness to travel to developing countries

Join Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre in Skegness as a Summer Activity Leader and spend seven weeks creating life-changing experiences for children who really need a break.

For 135 years, Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre has provided seaside holidays for children from Derbyshire who are living in poverty, experiencing trauma, or facing multiple disadvantages. A week away from everyday pressures can help a child relax, grow in confidence, and believe in themselves again.

As part of our summer team, you’ll help deliver fun, structured activities that give children the chance to enjoy childhood — often for the first time in a long while.

You might be leading beach games, running sports activities, supporting creative workshops, helping children take part in confidence-building wellbeing sessions, or joining them on trips out around the seaside.

BrightPIP (Brighton Parent/Infant Psychological Therapy) is a specialist infant mental health charity supporting babies aged 0–2 and their families across Brighton & Hove and Sussex. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator to grow BrightPIP’s visibility, income and community engagement. This role sits at the heart of BrightPIP’s external presence, working closely with clinicians, trustees and supporters to tell our story and build sustainable income.

This is a key role within the charity. You will lead our day-to-day marketing and communications, and support and deliver community fundraising campaigns and events. You will also build strong relationships with supporters, nurseries/schools, community groups and corporate partners.

Job Title: Support Mentor (FTC)

Salary: £24,500

Shift Pattern: Fixed Term contract until May 2028. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota which can range between 08:00 - 20:00  You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated team to deliver person centred and bespoke trauma informed support to vulnerable women in Luton. This new service will provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for women facing sexual exploitation and substance dependency – a place they can truly call home. Through stable, person-centred care, you'll play a vital role in empowering women to rebuild their lives and embrace brighter futures. 

In this role, as a Support Mentor, you will work within a 24 hour service which provided person centred support to our residents, working to ensure the safety and wellbeing. Our residents have experienced multiple forms of exclusion, such as historical/ongoing abuse, involvement in the criminal justice system, mental health challenges, drug and/or alcohol dependency and enduring high levels of violence and coercion. You will build trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

 Responsibilities Include:

• Holding a caseload, conducting key work sessions which are personable to resident needs
• Carry out regular welfare checks, safeguarding checks, and general living checks
• Encourage residents to take part in activities and events both within the service and the community
• Keep support plans up to date on a regular basis
• Work closely with the rest of the team to provide overall excellent service delivery, this may mean also supporting with their caseloads, and other tasks as necessary
• Building trusting professional relationships with residents, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations which could be through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins.
• Focusing on empowering our residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals
