The St Matthew’s Project is looking for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing and Outreach Worker to help strengthen our trauma-informed approach and support young people through our Fit 4 Life programme.

This role is at the heart of our work with young people facing disadvantage and navigating key transition points in their lives. You’ll deliver 1:1 and group wellbeing support, work closely with families, contribute to staff wellbeing, and help shape a supportive, trauma-informed environment across the organisation.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting young people affected by trauma, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of community-based work. Lived experience is valued.

The role includes a mix of weekday, evening, and Saturday sessions across community settings in Brixton / Tulse Hill.

Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to all those affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. You will make sure the service satisfies health and safety standards by following the set out cleaning schedule for the service. You will be part of a team that is achieving positive outcomes supporting vulnerable adults in their recovery.

In this role you will:

• Provide cleaning to all areas of the building including some bedrooms and communal areas.
• Complete regular inventories of materials and inform management of when items are running low so that they can be ordered.  Pass repairs in to the Housing management part of the team.
• Work to a cleaning schedule to ensure all parts of the building are cleaned on a regular basis.

About the role:

Join a team where your presence truly matters as a Night Concierge at our Launchpad Service in Newham. These services operate 24/7, providing short-term, emergency accommodation for people experiencing homelessness. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, calm and respectful environment overnight, ensuring each person who walks through our doors is met with dignity and care at a critical time in their life.

Your nights will involve a balance of practical responsibilities and compassionate engagement. From conducting regular building checks and monitoring CCTV to managing access and maintaining clear records, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the service. You’ll also be there to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support, whether that’s through a quiet conversation, offering reassurance to someone struggling to sleep, or responding calmly and appropriately to an emergency. About the role:

This is a brilliant opportunity to turn housing options into real, lasting move-on opportunities for people who are ready to take their next step away from homelessness. As PRS Access and Resettlement Officer, you will be out there opening doors: building relationships with landlords and letting agents, identifying suitable private rented sector options, and helping clients move into homes where they can build stability, independence and confidence.

Day to day, you will work closely with Single Homeless Project (SHP) caseworkers and frontline teams to identify clients who are ready to explore PRS move-on, assess affordability and tenancy readiness, support property searches, arrange viewings, liaise with landlords, and help clients navigate the practical steps needed to secure a tenancy. You will provide clear advice around housing options, welfare benefits, tenancy expectations and sustainment, while supporting colleagues to feel confident using PRS pathways as part of their move-on planning.

This is a role with real pace, purpose and impact. You will need to be creative, persistent and confident in your communication, especially when negotiating with landlords, unblocking barriers or advocating for clients who may have been let down by systems before. For the right person, this is a chance to make a tangible difference every day — creating routes into housing, strengthening partnerships and helping people move forward with dignity and hope.

There will be a mixture of working in the community (attending viewings across London), working from office and working from home. 

About you:

• You understand the barriers people can face when moving on from homelessness, and you bring the empathy, persistence and practical problem solving needed to help people overcome them.
• You have experience of housing, resettlement, tenancy sustainment, homelessness support or a similar frontline setting, with the ability to give clear, realistic advice to clients and colleagues.
• You are confident building relationships with landlords, letting agents, local authorities and partner agencies, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities.

We are looking for a CJS Advocate to support Young Women and Girls

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Location: Based across Advance’s London Women’s Centres (Hammersmith, Finsbury Park and Stratford), with some travel to community locations across London.

Hours: 35 Hours per week with occasional weekend and evening work

Contract: Fixed Term Contract – until 31st January 2027

About the role:

In recognition of the distinct challenges facing young women and girls (YWG), Advance has developed and delivers specialist provision for young women and girls on the Maia & Lift programme, in partnership with other specialist organisations.

Our team of Maia Mentor Advocates deliver consistent, holistic support to a small caseload of YWG, working to build relationships of trust, empower YWG to explore their identities, sense of safety, aspirations, and providing practical help and advocacy where needed. As a CJS Advocate for Maia, the postholder will work closely with the Maia Team to provide gender and age specific support to young women and girls at risk of gang involvement, exploitation or in contact with the criminal justice system, to safeguard YWG, capture and record outcomes and enhance the knowledge of other professionals working with this cohort.

About You: 

To be successful as the Mentor Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:

You will bring your experience and ability to work intensively with a selected cohort of YWG (aged 13-25), providing centre-based and outreach services and adopting a YWG-centred, strengths-based approach to deliver a range of support and interventions designed to: increase awareness and understanding of healthy relationships; reduce risk and increase feelings of safety; build self-confidence and confidence in professionals and support services; and empower YWG to assert their rights and make choices about future goals. Confidently and sensitively bring the ability to proactively assess risks and safety concerns, raising concerns with the Maia Service Manager, ensuring that, where possible, concerns are discussed openly with YWG, working within local safeguarding frameworks and taking appropriate action to safeguard YWG whilst working within a model of empowerment.

You will have a strong understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable YWG including issues related to violence against women and girls and/or the criminal justice system, and experience of community engagement, advocacy and support work with young people and experience of using motivational interviewing and coaching techniques, with the ability to demonstrate a YWG-centred approach to building trust and rapport.

About the Role

Coram Group’s Human Resources team sits at the heart of the organisation and has a reputation for excellent customer service and advice. As the organisation continues to grow we are looking for an HR apprentice to support the work of the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic ‘can do’ person who wishes to pursue a career in HR. As part of the apprenticeship you will gain a Level 3 CIPD certificate in Human Resource Practice which will consist of both classroom based training and work based experience.

We are seeking someone who has good inter-personal skills, a willingness to learn and can be flexible in order to support the needs of a busy department. Previous experience of working within a HR team is not essential but you must be able to show experience of working in an administrative environment.

Working as part of this busy team there will be plenty of opportunities for the successful candidate to get involved in a wide range of activities and get a truly rounded view of HR. The apprenticeship will provide you with an excellent grounding for what will hopefully be a long successful career in HR.

The HR Apprenticeship scheme at Coram has had a proven track record of success with 3 of our current team members having originally successfully completed the scheme and gone on to become permanent team members in Administrator and Coordinator roles.
