We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.
The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.
Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. With excellent attention to detail, this role also undertakes due diligence research into potential funders to assess any risks to the NT of accepting funds. This role also manages the Development Operations Assistant, who leads the day-to-day administration of the Development database.
The role has scope to offer insights across the whole Development team and NT senior management, and would suit a strong collaborator with enthusiasm for the work of the NT.
The successful candidate will have the following:

The Events Manager is a crucial role at the College, as you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the College’s annual flagship conference. As Events Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure this event is executed to an exemplary standard.
You will manage the Conference Committee and work closely with College Officers, Members and internal colleagues including the Creative Content and Marketing, Children and Young People and Corporate Services Teams to deliver our high-profile conference. Helping to ensure impactful campaigns are created to drive delegate registration and engagement, you will also be responsible for producing detailed project plans and RASCIs for the conference.
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will provide support with the tracking of event expenditure, managing supplier procurement processes and negotiating with suppliers to guarantee value for money. Taking the lead on all College relationships with internal and external service providers, you’ll also ensure that site visits and assessments are carried out where necessary, making certain that insurance, legal and Health & Safety obligations are adhered to.

Educated to a good standard, with demonstratable experience of delivering large scale (1,000+) educational or scientific conferences, you should have a background of working with external professional conference organisers along with experience of working in a membership or not-for-profit organisation.
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers are essential, as are outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
With a good understanding of project management methodology and how to apply it to events, you should have a sound knowledge and insight into the wider event industry, in order to keep up-to-date with trends, developments, innovation and legislation. Solution centric to enable innovation, you must be able to adapt to changing situations.
Line management experience and the ability to motivate and develop direct reports is essential, whilst an event management or project management qualification, along with experience of running events outside of the UK would be desirable.

The Brendoncare Foundation is seeking an experienced Trust Fundraising Lead to join our dedicated and growing fundraising team. The role will lead on the development of our trust fundraising strategy, from development of the Case for Support, through to donor stewardship, application writing and submission.
Our fundraising programme is a vital support for our vision of transforming the culture of ageing.
The day-to-day of this role will include working with our delivery teams to devise projects for funding, ensuring you have the information required to make this a success. You will hold relationships with key trust donors, organising meetings pre application and building relationships with new donors to improve success rates.

What will I be doing?
Strategy, research and prospect development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Trust Fundraising strategy, aligned with the financial targets and goals set by the organisation.
- Research and develop a large trust pipeline including warm and cold donors
Case for Support and application writing
- Draft specific applications from the case for support to meet donor requirements, ensuring applications are engaging, detailed and accurate
- Lead on collating data for the need of our services, pulling together research and working with delivery teams to collate impact data
- Working against specific KPIs for application submissions and income targets, reporting to Head of Fundraising against these monthly
Reporting
- Lead on the writing of reports to Trusts from which we have received funding

Senior Development Officer (Fundraising)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role:The Senior Development Officer plays an integral role within the Development Team at Forces Employment Charity (FEC). You will work with the Head of Development to produce high quality, bespoke proposals, and reports to demonstrate impact and outcomes to help drive the delivery of FEC across the UK. The Senior Philanthropy Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Philanthropy programme to enable a step change and growth in income. Working with the Assistant Director of Business Development, you will lead on all major donor acquisition, cultivation and stewardship programmes and involving Samaritans Senior Leadership Group and Income Heads of Teams where appropriate. You’ll provide superb line management to the Philanthropy Officer and ensure there’s an integrated, collaborative approach to donor work with other team members in the Income department.
The selected candidate will have substantial experience of fundraising with a strong track record in major gift fundraising and experience of personally soliciting gifts of five and six figure gifts from major donors. You will ideally have experience working with mid-value programmes and a proven track record of managing key relationships at a high level.

The role
As the newly appointed Facilities & Contracts Manager you will be performing an interesting and broad role where the duties and responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the community buildings, reviewing and negotiating contracts/leases and identifying revenue generating opportunities. This role will involve working a 4 day week out of their office and site based near West Malling in Kent, and you will have people management responsibility for two direct reports.
In this role you will provide leadership and management across a well managed and diverse estate and the residing community. You will be involved in the day-to-day management and administration of the LGM CIC and work with the Board to ensure that the forward plan is developed in a sustainable way.
