Major Donor Executive

At St Barnabas Hospices, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families. We are at a pivotal moment in our journey, and our Major Giving Team plays a crucial role in our continued success.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Major Donor Fundraiser to join our Major Giving team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by researching opportunities, building connections with key donors, and contributing to the success of our hospice services. Crucial to this role is the ability to build and manage strong relationships with a range of supporters.  

Key Responsibilities:

•               Identify, recruit, and cultivate new prospects.

•               Account manage a personal portfolio of existing major donors, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.

•               Develop and implement personalised cultivation plans for individual major donors.

•               Prepare tailored proposals and detailed reports for major donors.

•               Organise and manage cultivation and stewardship events aimed at major donors.

•               Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of supporters.

We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators and have experience in a similar challenging role, ideally working with major donors.

This role will be based at St Barnabas House, however, the team works across different sites and there will be requirement for you to work at Martlets in Brighton and Chestnut Tree House in Angmering to meet the needs of the service.
