Legacy Manager
Are you an experienced Legacy and in Memory Manager who would enjoy the challenge of revitalising and growing a legacy programme for a leading homelessness charity?
We are looking for an experienced manager to join the St Mungo’s fundraising team as our new Legacy and In Memory Manager.
In this role you will help us progress exciting plans to develop our Legacy and In Memory programme introducing new elements such as legacy events and redeveloping supporter journeys.
In this role you will:
- Recruit new legacy and in memory supporters across a range of off and online channels.
- Develop new personalised supporter journeys.
- Design and deliver legacy events, building engagement with new and existing supporters.
- Develop the internal understanding of the legacy programme across key teams and individuals.
- Provide line management and support to the Legacy and In Memory Officer.
You will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Farringdon, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of managing and growing legacy and in memory programmes. If you can bring the following we would love to hear from you.
- Experience of developing and improving legacy and in memory supporter journeys.
- Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Proven results in creating and delivering on and offline legacy marketing channels and events.
- Experience managing a legacy administration function.
