About The Role

StreetLink London plays a vital role in supporting people sleeping rough to access the services and support they need.

Through assessment, advice, advocacy and partnership working, the service helps improve outcomes for people experiencing rough sleeping across all 32 London boroughs.

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the strategic development and day-to-day delivery of StreetLink London. Managing a team of Assessment Workers, a Coordinator and volunteers, you will drive service quality, monitor performance against key targets and work collaboratively with commissioners and partners to ensure the service continues to respond effectively to changing needs across London's rough sleeping sector.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent service delivery and positive outcomes for clients
  • Oversee service performance, monitoring KPIs, analysing data and producing reports for commissioners and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with local authorities, rough sleeping services and other key organisations to strengthen pathways and improve outcomes for people sleeping rough

The role is based at the St Mungo's Head Office in Farringdon. Office hours are Monday – Friday.
