Working with clients from our Day Centre and Night Shelter to provide casework, advocacy and support to resolve and prevent homelessness in Enfield and Haringey,. 

Within the Day Centre you will provide high quality and relevant advocacy and casework to people who are homeless or at risk. You will maintain a caseload of clients working within a fast paced and dynamic small team. You will support the smooth running of the day centre provision and have a commitment to supporting vulnerable clients in a person-centred way. Outside of the day centre you will support clients to attend a variety of key services and appointments through outreach. 

To be successful in this role will require a keen interest in homelessness and the devastating impact this can have on people. This role is suited to someone with a problem solving, positive attitude, who is passionate about supporting marginalised people.

The role and your key responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this. 

Alongside managing your team, you’ll work with a cohort of partner schools and colleges, facilitating an environment which identifies and promotes best practice across partners within your region. Using data analysis across schools and colleges within your region, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to further increase the use of Unifrog, maximising engagement and resubscription rates. Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or North London for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Line manage a regional team of Account Managers to achieve their resubscription and engagement goals, delivering weekly check-ins with each team member to review their progress with partners.

• Run team meetings with your regional Account Management team to review key engagement strategies, objectives and share best practice.

• Meet weekly with the Head of Account Management, reporting on progress with your partners, and the progress of your regional team.

• Analyse regional engagement data to spot trends and work closely with the Head of Account Management to devise and implement strategies to improve on any areas of low engagement.

• Work with Senior Account Managers, Head of Account Management and other Unifrog colleagues, to design and implement projects and processes across the Account Management team, that help deliver against our organisation’s objectives and mission.

• Work with a region of schools and colleges with the responsibility of an Account Manager, providing resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, and identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

• Work closely with your regional Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and maintain a sky high resubscription rate.

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to support the management of our special purpose funds (SPFs). These funds contain charitable donations for services across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and can be used to support projects that benefit patients and staff, over and above what the NHS could normally provide.

In this role you will be responsible for handling the administration of our special purpose fund operations and processes. This will include the management of special purpose fund claims, a dedicated email inbox, invoice processing, engagement with NHS staff who oversee these funds (known as fund advisers) and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Farm’s finances. 

In this role you will be carrying out the day-to-day bookkeeping, responsible for financial systems and processes to ensure the timely processing of all financial transactions, keeping up to date and accurate records to facilitate the accurate reporting of the Farm’s finances.

This role will be working with the Finance Manager to transform and optimise the financial operations to enhance efficiency and support the Farm to meet its strategic aims.

We are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with meticulous attention to detail, who is highly competent in IT and accounting software, in particular Excel and Quickbooks.

We are growing our team to strengthen our fundraising operations and diversify our income. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our income generation strategy and building meaningful relationships with funders and corporate partners. 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and driven individual to lead our grant and bid writing function while also developing and managing relationships with corporate donors and partners. You will work closely with senior leadership to secure vital income through trusts, foundations, and businesses that align with our mission. 

Key Responsibilities 

Grant & Bid Writing (50%) 

• Research and identify suitable funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies. 

• Write compelling, evidence-based grant applications and funding proposals. 

• Manage a pipeline of funding opportunities, ensuring deadlines are met. 

• Develop and implement an impact reporting strategy for grant and bid writing. 

• Monitor and report on funded projects in collaboration (using Salesforce) with delivery teams. 

• Maintain relationships with funders through regular updates, impact reports, and renewal applications. 

Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships (50%) 

• Implement our corporate fundraising strategy to increase income from businesses. 

• Identify and approach potential corporate partners, managing outreach and engagement. 

• Manage and cultivate existing partnerships with companies and organisations. 

• Create tailored proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership materials. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote partnerships and joint campaigns. 

• Organise and support corporate fundraising events and staff engagement opportunities. 

• To maintain excellent supporter stewardship and cultivation including thanking supporters and supporter development communications. 

Person Specification 

Essential 

• Proven experience in writing successful funding bids and managing grant applications. 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Ability to write persuasively and tailor messaging for different audiences. 

• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 

• Passion for the mission of Down Syndrome UK and a commitment to inclusion. 

Desirable 

• Experience working in a small charity or growing organisation. 

• Knowledge of disability or education-related sectors. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce for non-profits) and impact reporting. 

• Experience in corporate fundraising, CSR, or business development.
