About the role:
This role is based at Accrington working in a multi agency team at Lancashire House. As a MARRAC Team Leader you will:
- Ensure the effective delivery of the MARRAC process, hosting daily discussions with dedicated partners to support the initial assessment process
- Ensure consistent service delivery by allocating & monitoring work across the team, prioritising according to risk
- Work alongside the police safeguarding teams to deliver Operation Provide
- Chair MARRAC meetings, facilitating the sharing of sensitive information securely to deliver robust outcomes for victims
- Complete case management audits & produce reports
- Be responsible for safeguarding quality assurance & compliance, providing guidance on safeguarding issues
- Line manage a team including recruitment, training & coaching, performance management
You will need:
- Managment experience for a team delivering front line support
- An IDVA Safelives qualification or equivalent
- An understadning of domestic abuse & it's impact
- Knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning & risk management
- To understand Safeguarding issues & the legal responsibilities surrounding these
- Theoretical, practical & procedural knowledge of civil & criminal justice remedies
- The ability to work with partner agencies
- Good organisational skills & the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong crisis management skills, able to deal with stressful & difficult situations

As a Support and Advocacy Officer you will join a skilled team who collectively provide a unique UK-wide support and advocacy service to over 1500 members.
You will primarily provide direct support and practical guidance to our Fabry members. This patient group is largely adult focused but there will be elements of family and child support. Your duties can include:
- To support individuals/groups within their home and community reach their full potential
- Providing line management support to a team of staff.
- To provide a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to people with learning disabilities who use Sense services.
- Identify needs and outcomes for each individual we support.

Your required skills and experiences:
- Prior experience of managing in a care setting and Good knowledge & understanding of Residential and Supported Living.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, commissioners, and users alike.
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - or willing to work towards it is essential. Sense will fund this qualification.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the children and young people’s team for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to be part of shaping and delivering a new early support youth hub pilot within Merry Hill Shopping Centre, Dudley. The hub will support people aged 13+ and those who feel they still require a young people’s approach up to 25. It brings together the specialisms of Cranstoun, complimented by wider partnership delivery and lead areas of responsibility.
We have three positions, each to have a lead theme area, including relationships, youth engagement and emotional health and wellbeing. As this is a pilot, these lead themes may change and develop depending upon the needs of young people and the service. (Please state your preference during your application).
You will be the first point of contact within the youth hub, providing initial information, advice and guidance and facilitating connections to other support or specialist services. You will be expected to provide a range of planned engagement activities/clubs and undertake wellbeing coaching for those who need help. There will be an element of promotion and outreach within local schools and colleges to encourage young people to attend.
This early support youth hub will play a crucial role in providing: -

What will you be doing?
As a Service Manager at Hft, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. You will be a role model to others through demonstrating excellent support to those we support and you will help the Regional Service Managers to coach, support and manage staff teams effectively. You will be responsible for nurturing and inspiring those coming to work for Hft to help ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services. The purpose of the role is to assist the Regional Service Manager by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the registered service. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years, and this new role has been identified by the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer to support Jigsaw4u’s position and aspirations for the future.
As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:
- Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
- Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
