About the Role
The Island Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will support the Procurement and Logistics Lead in managing the island’s supply chain and logistics. You’ll handle everything from receiving and storing goods to coordinating deliveries and supporting operations across multiple teams. You’ll also act as a driver for island operations and provide cover for mainland procurement when needed.
Core Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
- Support the Procurement Lead with supplier orders and admin.

- Coordinate logistics with drivers, construction teams, marine fleet, and island operations

Are you a creative Marketing Officer with a passion for digital communication and engagement?
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our digital strategy, with responsibility for implementing our social media strategy to help the CoSRH meet its business objectives.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Marketing Officer to join our small but dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage our digital communications to members and prospective members, working alongside the Digital Team.
You will be responsible for creating original copy and multimedia content, managing our email newsletters, and paid and organic digital communications. You will manage our social media accounts (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram) and ensure activities are aligned to our campaign and brand goals. You will focus on tailoring our communications for our range of audiences – from doctors and nurses, to midwives, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. You will ensure our brand identity is applied in a consistent and cohesive way. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to express our messages and values accurately and creatively.
You will have experience of working with a content planner, and you’ll be able to work across teams to create and deliver communications solutions to support the achievement of their strategic objectives. This includes our suite of qualifications, courses and assessments, our dedicated events programme, and the advocacy work of our External Affairs team.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
The Web and Email Manager will lead our digital presence across web, email, SEO, and paid search, crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with 18-24 year olds and inspire them to take action.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Role
The Trusts and Grants Manager will play a vital role in the next chapter of MAP’s development. You will work closely with the Project Directors to identify and implement funding opportunities in line with strategic objectives and targets. The main duties will include:
- Generating income from trusts and foundations to meet set targets
- Preparing and submitting grant applications to trusts, foundations and corporate funders
- Maintaining and developing a funding pipeline
- Stewarding supporters and preparing timely delivery and outcome reports
- Collaborating with the management team, volunteers, partners and a skilled board of trustees to maximise fundraising initiatives.
The Person
We are looking for an experienced and creative Trusts and Grants Manager, with a proven track record in bid writing and donor cultivation. You should be able to demonstrate your experience in meeting income targets, and in securing gifts of five figures and above from trusts, foundations or the public sector.
You must have exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with the confidence to represent MAP at networking events across the region. As well as the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, an ability to use AI to support fundraising activity would also be advantageous.

More about the role
This key role within the Insights team has a focus on delivering marketing selections, implementing supporter journeys, and delivering insights on fundraising, communications and engagement performance. The Insights team sits within the Data & Insights Department – a team of 10 colleagues who are working towards our Data Strategy vision of our information being trusted, accessible and used to help pets and people thrive together.
You'll collaborate closely with the Insights Manager to deliver marketing selections and supporter journeys, as well as analysis and insights that deepen our understanding of our clients and supporters.
You will have the opportunity to problem solve and experiment to help us drive forward our data maturity, all whilst being a part of a friendly, welcoming and collaborative team. The Insights team provide the metrics, reports and analysis that underpin evidence-based decision making at Blue Cross, and ensure reporting adheres to all legislative and regulatory requirements and quality and integrity standards.

About you
This role would suit an experienced analyst who is keen to develop and maintain supporter journeys and marketing selections, or to learn these skills. If this is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll fully support you as you learn.
You will be confident, proactive and articulate in promoting data, insights and the benefits of evidence-based decision making. We will need you to use various analytical tools, skills and techniques to design and develop reports and dashboards to tell stories in a compelling way and confidently be able to analyse complex data from diverse sources.
You will need great presenting and communication skills to deliver insights to stakeholders both in person and virtually and the confidence to build strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation, so we are looking for someone positive and friendly with confidence to contribute.
We use Microsoft Power BI as our business intelligence tool, but you might have used other BI software such as Tableau or Qlik. Don’t worry if you haven’t used Power BI – you’ll get lots of support.

This means that we do not usually have pets staying onsite overnight and our roles may not include daily pet care, but no two days are ever the same.
As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the Centre – pets, people, facilities, compliance and finances. Working closely with your Assistant Managers, you’ll inspire and empower your team, embed a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the highest welfare standards.
This role is about leading people, bringing teams together and driving performance. We have a skilled, passionate team with great ideas – we now need someone who can take those forward, make things happen, and bring colleagues with them on the journey.
