About the role:
At the Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year. We award grants to other charities and organisations who provide different types of transport, or work towards making transport accessible. We also carry out ongoing research, in partnership with disabled people and key stakeholders in the industry, to inspire innovations that continue to champion accessible transport for all.
As Insight Officer, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of insight and evidence across the Insight Team, helping to ensure that research outputs are timely, accessible and well used across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
Working closely with your colleagues in the Insight Team, you’ll contribute to research delivery, rapid evidence reviews and executive-style insight summaries. You’ll also support the coordination of research activity and help maintain shared evidence resources that underpin organisational learning and decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Producing clear and concise insight summaries and rapid evidence reviews to support policy, strategy and operational decision-making
· Analysing primary qualitative and quantitative research data (e.g. survey datasets, interviews and focus groups), under the guidance of Research Managers
· Accurately summarising research findings, identifying key themes and patterns, and drafting structured outputs for review
· Supporting the delivery of research projects across the Insight Team, including contributing to research tools, data collection and reporting
· Acting as a first point of contact for routine research queries and supporting the quality assurance of small-scale research activity
· Supporting the coordination and organisation of research activity across the Insight team, including maintaining process maps and research pipeline summaries, tracking outputs and maintaining documentation.
· Supporting research delivery across a portfolio of projects, including potential to support small to medium sized ad hoc research commissions
· Contributing to the development and upkeep of reference and evidence summaries
· Representing the Insight Team in cross-organisational working groups or projects where insight input is required
· Supporting good research practice by helping ensure outputs meet agreed quality, accessibility and ethical standards

Requirements
We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including those early in their insight or research career who are keen to develop their skills.
Must haves:
- Experience working collaboratively with others to deliver shared outputs
- Experience supporting research, insight or analysis work in a professional, academic or applied setting
- Experience working with quantitative datasets using standard analysis tools (e.g. Excel or similar)
- Experience analysing qualitative and/or quantitative primary data (e.g. from survey datasets, interviews, focus groups)
- Experience identifying themes and patterns in qualitative data
- Ability to interpret findings accurately and translate them into clear written insight
- Experience producing concise, executive-style insight summaries distilling complex findings into key messages
- Understanding of basic research methods and principles, including sampling, bias and data quality
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using standard office software to produce reports and manage information
Nice to haves:
- Experience producing rapid evidence reviews
- Experience supporting small research projects or ad hoc commissions

The Role:
• Provide expert technical advice to landowners and farmers on woodland creation, ancient woodland restoration, and sustainable management, ensuring all work aligns with the UK Forestry Standard and Woodland Trust principles.

The Candidate:
• Experience of working in the land management sector, preferably in woodland conservation, and a working knowledge of land management funding streams including grants.

1.People Management

Advice Giving
• Deliver a multi-channel advice service, including home visits, to clients regarding their energy needs and income maximisation support, ensuring advice provided meets the requirements of Citizens Advice quality standards.
• Ensure all case recording and other record keeping is completed within agreed timescales and conforms to the Office Manual and the Advice Quality Standards

About the Department
The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership was set up in 2017 with the mission to 'develop inspirational leaders who are called, connected, committed to deliver the Church of England vision for education'. Since then, it has operated a wide range of leadership development programmes, networks, research, conference and events, and published a range of key leadership resources to equip school leaders at every level to put their vision into practice.
Part of this provision has been as a very successful national provider of NPQ programmes. Beginning in 2017 with the delivery of NPQs for Headteachers, our suite of programmes has now expanded to include programmes for Specialist Teachers, Senior Leaders and also Executive Leaders. More recently, a partnership between the Church of England and the Catholic Education Service is also enabling programmes to be delivered more widely as together our school provision represents around 34% of the sector.
In 2025, the department will launch three new national programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, and Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL). These programmes respond to growing demand for high-quality, values-led professional learning and represent a significant expansion of our work across the education sector.
About the role
As Head of Flourishing Programmes, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery and expansion of our growing suite of values-led professional learning programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL), and Leaders Like Us. These programmes are designed to support the flourishing of educators at every stage of their journey, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, vocation, and leadership development. Circumstances

- It is anticipated that there will be approximately 12 travel days per year, although this will vary.
- In addition, in this leadership role, you will be involved in Partnerships and Engagement development, promoting the NSE's Flourishing programmes with current and prospective delivery partners, and undertaking QA as required (number of days TBC each year in conversation with line manager)

The Finance Business Partner role is vital to supporting effective decision-making, strengthening the grant-giving process and enabling high-impact philanthropy at QCF. The successful candidate will work closely with programme teams to provide insight, challenge and strategic support, ensuring resources are deployed responsibly and for the greatest impact.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this London-based role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to contribute directly to global climate resilience efforts.
Duties Include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to programme teams on financial planning and performance
- Providing modelling, scenario analysis and risk assessment to support strategic decisions
- Reviewing grant budgets, undertaking financial due diligence and supporting grants from day one of the cycle
- Maintaining oversight of payments budgets and contributing to donation cashflow forecasting
- Developing rolling forecasts and translating programme plans into updated financial projections
- Supporting organisation-wide learning and embedding a strong Value for Money culture
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Have senior-level experience in Finance Business Partnering with significant stakeholder engagement
- Be confident simplifying complex financial information for non-finance colleagues
- Have strong Excel and modelling skills (Power BI experience beneficial)
- Bring knowledge of grant finance and financial due diligence
- Have experience in an impact-focused or philanthropic environment (desirable, not essential)

The opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance and Resources to help ensure the Trust is financially strong, operationally effective, and strategically equipped to deliver maximum impact for people with cystic fibrosis.
This is not just a finance leadership role. It is a mission-critical position at the heart of the organisation, where sound financial stewardship, thoughtful investment, and values-led decision-making directly support better outcomes for the CF community.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a key strategic partner to the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. With oversight of a £15m budget, you will lead a multidisciplinary directorate encompassing Finance, IT and digital transformation, People and Organisation Development, Strategy and Business Intelligence, Facilities, and Company Secretariat functions.
Your leadership will enable the Trust to:
- Make confident, evidence-led decisions in a complex and changing environment
- Invest wisely in services, research, people and digital capability
- Strengthen governance, resilience and long-term sustainability
- Ensure our systems, processes and culture support excellence, inclusion and impact
A significant element of the role will be leading the Trust’s digital and IT transformation, including the delivery of a new CRM system in 2026 — a critical enabler of how we understand, support and engage with our community.

You will be a qualified accountant with senior-level experience and the credibility to operate at Board and executive level. About the role
As Housing Rights Worker, you will deliver high quality housing advice and advocacy in line with the hub’s local community projects and strategy. This will involve working alongside people who are experiencing homelessness and bad housing to identify issues facing local communities. You will plan and deliver casework to individuals and communities to resolve their housing situation, networking and engaging with community groups, local organisations and individuals to understand local housing issues and raise awareness of housing rights.
You will also work within local community settings and alongside community groups, delivering advice and rights awareness through outreach and workshops. You will ensure that people with lived experience of homelessness have opportunities to share their story, give their views and participate in the design and delivery of Shelter services. If needed, you will support our volunteers, provide learning, shadowing and mentoring and be a consistent role model for Shelter’s values.
About you
You will have the ability to engage and work collaboratively with individuals, communities and with all stakeholders, including running group workshops and presentations. You have experience, knowledge of and/or proven ability in housing and homelessness advice and advocacy, with the ability to progress to specialist level knowledge. Essential to the role will be good time management, carrying out casework related interviews, maintaining detailed case records and offering advice and support to clients to inform their decisions. A proven record of delivering group workshops and presentations is essential, as is a collaborative, flexible and professional approach to your work.
