We’re looking to recruit Housing Support Workers to join our Sutton Vulnerable Adults Service.The project supports clients living in self-contained accommodation across Sutton providing 130 bed spaces. We provide short term accommodation for up to 2 years; all clients will be supported to identify an appropriate move-on in that time and work within a multi-agency approach to assist the client with achieving this. Engagement with support in the community and move-on are key focuses for the service.

The post-holder, you will be working to maintain an environment of support for adults with complex needs and possess strong Housing Management skills. The successful candidate does not have to have direct experience in a similar environment.

In this role you will:

• Have an experienced team to support you

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Lead to run our Inters Group Session (ages11-14) at Oasis@Knights. This is an opportunity to run engaging and informative activities for 20-40 young people aged 11-14 in the Lambeth area, inspiring them to reach their potential and to make a real difference to their community. The successful candidate will be responsible for running these sessions weekly, managing session staff, delivering engaging activities, attending occasional day trips, as well as responding to and reporting any safeguarding concerns. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

1. To lead the delivery of youth sessions at Knights Youth Centre (KYC) and facilitate youth provision in line with the ethos, values and vision of Oasis. 

1. To work and engage with young people (aged 11-14), by delivering planned sessions, activities and occasional trips for 20-40 individuals.   

1. Deliver informal education opportunities and small group mentoring within the identified sessions and the wider community. 
2. To manage and coordinate KYC staff members whilst leading sessions.

1. Record all activity on our data management system. 

1. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you come into contact with. 

1. Actively engage in the learning and professional development courses provided as part of this employment.

The successful post holder must have:

· Proven experience in leading youth work provision for young people aged 11-14.

· Experience of managing staff in a youth provision setting.

· An understanding of the challenges impacting young people in Lambeth – in particular education, employment, mental health and criminal exploitation.

· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

· Knowledge of safeguarding practices and experience working with young people in challenging environments.

· A commitment to the Oasis ethos and values, including inclusion, equality, and perseverance.

About the role:

As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.

Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.

You will hold a small caseload of residents, offering person-centred, trauma-informed key-work support that helps individuals build independence, stability, and wellbeing. • Maintain accurate records and case notes

The Role 
 
We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our team at our new Superstore in York. 

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of one of the departments of the superstore. This includes leading a team of employees (shop assistants) and volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. • Running the department commercially, including display and merchandising, stock management and generation, maintaining shop standards, layout of store and opening and closing of store.  

• Supporting the management team in delivering ambitious sales targets whilst maintaining shop standards, commerciality and compliance.  

• Assuming Duty Manager responsibility in the absence of the store management team.

• Opening and closing the store if required as duty manager and responding to alarm call-outs as a listed key holder if required.

Position: Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) Support Worker

Location: Homebased with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire area including Cherwell, West Oxfordshire and the wider Oxfordshire area.

Operational Support Worker *(Female Only)

Overview of Role:

The Operational Support Worker plays a vital role in enabling the team to offer compassionate, Christ centred support to vulnerable women. As the project has seen growth over the last few years, in response to rising demand, this role will play a key part in shaping and establishing the administrative systems, processes and procedures we’ve not yet had the capacity to formalise—ideal for someone who is energised by building structure, improving practice, and being part of creating solutions rather than stepping into a readymade setup. About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Walsall Mental Health Hub. This is a safe space for people and their carers who need support or are in emotional distress during evenings and weekends.

As Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of up to six Mental Health Recovery Workers, providing supervision, mentoring, and training. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, person-centred service that empowers individuals and promotes recovery, independence, and social inclusion.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional out-of-hours mental health support.
• Work collaboratively with NHS clinical teams, partner agencies, and local services.
• Ensure continuous improvement through coaching, training, and service development.
• Support recruitment and staff development.
• Provide hands-on support when needed and lead by example.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Experience: At least 3 years working with people affected by mental illness and previous line management experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel within the region.
• Values: Passionate, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact.

Desirable: Mental Health First Aid qualification, experience delivering training, or lived experience.
