Job description

We are looking to recruit a Supporter Relationship Executive to be responsible for increasing income from Tearfund donors by planning and implementing strategies to meet Tearfund's overall fundraising goals.

You will pro-actively build relationships with Tearfund supporters in order to raise funds and increase engagement with Tearfund.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Arranging meetings and events 
  • Corresponding with supporters via email, letters and telephone calls

Are you a fundraiser who loves building relationships with supporters?

Do you have the following experience?

  • Proven ability in fundraising or sales
  • Experience of dealing with people at senior/Board levels
  • Relational fundraising experience
  • Experience in direct and digital marketing and implementing donor journeys, and an understanding of the principles of how to effectively build relationships through ‘mass' communications

Do you have the following skills?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Strategic planning and organisation skills

Hybrid Working: This role offers hybrid working. You'll work from Tearfund's Teddington office and from home, as agreed with your line manager.
