Responsibilities of our Lead Data & Analytics Manager:
As Lead Data & Analytics Manager, you will support the Head of Data & Analytics in providing the Marketing & Income Generation directorate with the data services required to attain its 10-year strategy by delivering an exceptional and reliable centralized support function across data operations and analytics. You will lead a high performing and specialised Data & Analytics team responsible for developing, maintaining and utilising supporter information systems that adhere to sector-wide best practice and legal requirements as well as ensuring analytics are at the heart of the fundraising decision making.

CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the delivery of the programme from mid to late July 2024. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent.
The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development and the Programme Administrator to ensure that the courses are full, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.
The CVAA team work remotely across the UK so location of the postholder is not a barrier to recruitment as long as long as they can travel occasionally and come into London for team days. The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care. Job Purpose
As part of the four strong events team, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of numerous educational events throughout the year. These events support the clinical and non-clinical skills and professional development of our members as key components of lifelong learning and improvement.
In addition, the role will support the Events Manager in the administration of the showcase Annual Congress as well as the Admissions Ceremony. As part of the team, you will also assist other team members as necessary.
Main Purpose and Deliverables
- Delivery of the Training the Trainers Courses (TTT) and Certificate of eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR) Courses.
- End to end event, speaker and customer support specifically for the TTT and CESR events and as delegated for the education and seminar programme.

Other duties

The Intervention Worker will be responsible for delivering sessions (group and one to one as may be required) with people who recognise that they are or have been using power and control to abuse their partner, ex-partner or family member and who want to address this behaviour. The Intervention Worker will undertake such sessions in a way that prioritises the safety of those at risk from domestic violence and abuse.

Your role
As Shop Manager at Scope's Gosforth shop, you’ll have autonomy to run your shop using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. The Head of Scotland and Northern Ireland is responsible for leading our vision to end the need for food banks in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Scotland currently leads the way in having a rights-based, progressive agenda to ending the need for food banks, but there is much to do to ensure political intentions become a reality. This role directs Trussell Trust’s policy and public affairs work in Scotland and Northern Ireland, leads our Scotland and Northern Ireland department as they support our network of food banks and works strategically with key partners to tackle the underlying reasons why people need to come to food banks.

Role responsibilities

About the role
The Events Officer plays a key role in our highly effective communications team, leading on the delivery of an impactful programme of events – both online and in person. The role works with teams from across the organisation to plan, deliver and promote all types of events, including workshops, roundtables, conferences, webinars, receptions and other types of online and in person events.
Events are an important way for Ageing Better to influence priority audiences, including businesses and local and national government, and the postholder will advise teams on how events can best reach these audiences, encourage engagement and lead to lasting relationships.
