Job description

This role is an exciting mix of brand marketing, multidisciplinary project management, stakeholder engagement and innovation as you seek to drive awareness of The Charity amongst priority audiences.

You’ll manage your team of 1 to launch critical marketing campaigns and projects, delivering comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans and work with our incredible Support and Fundraising teams to drive us further, faster towards a cure. You’ll oversee our brand insights, ensuring trackers are in place, providing value for money and reporting regularly to the Head of Marketing and other senior colleagues to influence decisions across the organisation that can impact awareness and perceptions.

  • A highly competent and experienced brand, marketing or communications professional, with a strategic focus, who brings experience and expertise in developing brands and integrated campaigns
  • Someone who inspires and galvanises their team and wider department, working collaboratively across the organisation
  • Used to working at a fast pace to deliver engaging and creative campaigns
  • Experienced in managing large scale integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels and in complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Experience of delivering a rebrand or significant brand refresh involving multiple stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker with experience of successfully influencing and directing strategic brand development in a complex environment. Ability to provide expert advice and shape strategies
  • Great at building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders to make the change you want to see happen
  • Excellent analytical, project management and planning skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the principles of branding and experience of brand architecture development
