About the role:
The Finance Transaction Team collect, record and maintain accurate data in a timely manner to provide information for better decision making. This role is committed to delivering a pro-active, customer focused support service to TCS colleagues and external clients. This includes paying creditors on time and following up on queries around accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and professional manner. lead on the management and administration of accounts payable and accounts receivable including the corporate credit card. The Finance officer plays a key role in the organisations financial control with certain checks and controls being part of this role such as preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations. This role supports wider internal and external audit processes and provides additional administrative duties when required.
Key skills and experience:
-Ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
-Ability to communicate with people at all levels
-Excellent teamwork and positive team player
-Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages and finance systems
