Mass Participation Events Officer

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and expanding the organisation’s events portfolio, driving sustainable growth across existing income streams while identifying and developing new revenue-generating opportunities.

The postholder will contribute strategically to the delivery of an agreed income growth plan, taking the lead on the development and management of high-quality mass participation events designed to increase fundraising income and strengthen participant engagement.

Following the team’s continued success and recent growth, we are looking for an experienced and creative events professional who can bring fresh thinking and innovative event ideas to further diversify and strengthen our portfolio.
