Join The King’s Trust as a Payroll & Benefits Executive and play a vital role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time—supporting colleagues who are transforming young lives across the UK.
This is a role for someone who can step straight into a busy payroll function, take ownership, and deliver from day one.
What you’ll bring
- Strong, hands-on experience processing payroll end-to-end in a fast-paced environment (this is essential)
- Confident managing multiple payroll cycles independently, from data input through to reconciliation and submission
- Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including HMRC submissions and statutory payments
- Experience supporting pensions and benefits administration
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage and reconcile large data sets
- A proactive, detail-focused approach, with the confidence to identify and resolve issues quickly
