PR and Communications Manager

We are looking for someone to join our team as PR & Communications Manager who will lead the day-to-day delivery of all external communications for The Mighty Creatives. This will include safeguarding our reputation, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling, and maximising our visibility across media, digital platforms and stakeholder networks.

Ideally you will have experience of planning and delivering communications activity that supports organisational priorities across a variety of media platforms and to a variety of different audiences.  You will have experience of building strong relationships with journalists and media relations.  You will have experience of managing websites and social media platforms and have a strong understanding of safeguarding and data protection when telling the personal stories of the children and young people we work with who are aged 5-25.  You will have managed budgets, be used to working with platforms such as Mailchimp and CRMs such as Salesforce.
