Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR People Partnering team with the recruitment of an Assistant People Partner. This role will primarily support the Delivery Function but will also provide a range of support to all 3 People Partners, including contributing to HR projects, data analysis and insight, activities relating to pay and reward, talent management and employee engagement, and employee relations. This role play’s an active part of the People Partner team, contributing to the planning and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a great development opportunity for someone with established experience working in a role within an HR / People & Learning function who is looking to develop their skills, knowledge and experience in this space.  This role will contribute to the exciting work that sits across the People & Learning team including annual pay review, talent management and future development in our approach, leadership and management training programmes, employee engagement survey’s and equality, diversity and inclusion action planning.  This role will be close to the day-to-day challenges, opportunities and successes of the functions throughout The Trust, supporting both strategic and operational activities by building strong, trusted relationships and contributing to the development of people initiatives - a fantastic opportunity to continually learn and develop alongside truly passionate people.
