If you are passionate about the power of data and insights and want to support young people to transform their lives, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Insight & Impact team at The Prince’s Trust on a maternity cover basis.

Making an impact on young people’s lives is at the heart of what we do so measuring and evaluating our services is key to informing the programmes we design and showcasing our success with partners and funders. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced impact professional to be instrumental over the next 12 months in delivering evaluation activity for our Education programmes and the transformation of a key impact measurement process.

You will have demonstrable experience in impact measurement and evaluation, strong project management skills and be an excellent communicator.

Most importantly, you must believe in The Trust’s work, live our company values and fit in with our team’s positive, supportive and collaborative culture.

As this is a maternity cover, ideally, the successful candidate will be able to start ASAP.

What happens next?

Please submit a CV, and Cover Letter that includes your experience, transferrable skills and motivation to work for The Prince’s Trust! The Team will be in touch about the next steps shortly after the closing date.

Why do we need Impact Managers?

Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us. We want to continue having a positive impact on young people’s lives and we couldn’t do this without the important work of Impact Managers!
