We are excited to have a new opportunity for a Marketing Planning Manager to join our fantastic Marketing team at RBL.

In this newly created strategic post, you will be key in supporting our organisation make positive changes in audience perception and engagement, as part of our new strategy.

This role focuses on gathering market intelligence and reviewing audience insight in light of organisational strategy, in order to develop effective audience-facing platforms, content and campaigns. You will design communications to elevate and illustrate how RBL delivers against beneficiary need, in a way that resonates with target audience groups.

This is a truly collaborative role, working with colleagues from all departments and across the organisation, whilst also supporting the Head of Marketing with annual planning process and implementation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, key responsibilities will include:

- Be the voice of the Audience by becoming steeped in the insights about our mass marketing segments and the Armed Forces community
- Use knowledge of our Audiences and of our impact to ideate, scope and design content and campaigns that fulfil critical strategic objectives
- Support the Head of Marketing in creating an annual Marketing and Communications plan
- Identify and nurture relationships cross departmentally that will enable a stream of knowledge – both data and stories, on RBL’s impact
- Design impactful communication platforms and key messaging to mass and niche target audience groups
- Line management of two team members

You may come from an inhouse, agency or content planning background within a marketing, creative or not for profit sector. You will be experienced working at pace across multiple projects, with an ability to bring together analysis and creativity to design high profile content and campaigns.

You will be contracted to our London Haig House Hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week - Tuesday and Wednesday - working in person at the Hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Halsey House. Your expertise will support our care team in delivering outstanding clinical care while keeping the home a warm and welcoming place for our residents.

We offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle. This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week. Day shifts are between 6 to 12 hours and rostered over a 7-day week (to include some weekends).

- Offer essential emotional and practical support to beneficiaries awaiting assessments from other services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of risk management and safeguarding practices and procedures for adults and children.
- Keep your professional practice up to date with current policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Legion standards.
- Perform other duties related to the role as requested by your line manager or Head of Department/Divisions.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Car Parking Attendant to join our team and be the first point of contact for visitors arriving at the Arboretum. This role is all about providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service from the moment visitors arrive, ensuring they are guided safely and efficiently to their parking spaces. You’ll be representing the Arboretum, so a helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and a good knowledge of the site are essential. You'll also be supporting the wider team with site presentation, keeping the car park areas tidy and well-maintained.

The role involves working closely with the Grounds, Caretaking, and Events teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support for larger on-site events. This includes liaising with the police and control room to help manage safe vehicle movement during busy periods. You’ll need to be flexible, willing to work weekends, bank holidays and school holidays, with occasional evening shifts. Hours are typically 9:00 to 14:00. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, across 4 days out of a 7-day rota.

- Work with the Head Chef to deliver the catering services within the care home

- Ensure all health and safety records and monitoring adhere to statutory requirements

As a Chef, you will have a NVQ Level 3 Preparation and Cooking or equivalent, City & Guilds 706 (1&2) Food Preparation or equivalent and an intermediary food hygiene certificate.

In addition, you will have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of maintaining standards within a catering department according to Health & Safety and Food Safety Act and good IT skills are essential, as well as experience working in a care home or similar setting.

Join our team as an Admiral Nurse (Essex), in partnership with Dementia UK, and make a real impact on those affected by dementia.

You will be joining an established team of Admiral Nurses covering Somerset and Devon.

This role involves regular travel within the region, so we are ideally looking for someone based in or near the area. You will work with clients or from the office 3 days per week, with 2 days available to work from home. There may also be occasions when you will need to attend training and meetings at our hubs across the UK.

As an Admiral Nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing expert nursing support to carers, helping them navigate the complexities of dementia care. You will offer emotional and psychological interventions to alleviate the challenges of caregiving, especially at the early stages of diagnosis or pre-diagnosis, and continue supporting carers through the various stages of dementia, focusing on transitions, loss, and shifting relationships.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, conducting home visits to assess their needs and wellbeing, and develop individual intervention plans. You will empower carers by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to support someone with dementia, especially as behaviours change over time. Your work will ensure they can provide better care while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.

Beyond direct care, you will contribute to the continuous development of the service, assisting with the evaluation and improvement of dementia care practices. You will offer clinical guidance to colleagues and external agencies, providing training and educational resources to enhance the quality of care across the board.

What we are looking for:

You will be a qualified RMN or RGN with an accredited dementia qualification, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in dementia care. We are looking for someone who has worked in a community setting, providing person-centered care and advocacy for those living with dementia.
