About The Role
The Supporter Care Senior Officer is a key role within our Fundraising team, sitting at the heart of every supporter interaction and helping to shape the experience people have with The Royal British Legion. This is an opportunity for someone who knows what great customer care looks like and takes pride in getting the detail right. You'll be the person colleagues turn to for guidance on complex enquiries, complaints and supporter issues, while also ensuring that day to day operations run smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard. Working across multiple teams and with external partners, you'll help deliver a service that is professional, responsive and built around the needs of our supporters.

This is an opportunity to join our Individual Giving team as a Retention Officer, with two roles available within the Retention function. These posts sit at the heart of how we engage and retain supporters, helping to bring greater consistency, structure and impact to our supporter journeys. You’ll play a key part in delivering communications that keep our supporters connected beyond their first gift, ensuring activity is well planned, well timed and aligned to wider fundraising work across the organisation.

We are looking for a Senior Branch and Restricted Funds Accountant to join our fantastic Financial Accounts team for a two year fixed period covering internal secondment.
Here at RBL we have 2,000 Branches and 50 Membership regions. This position plays a key role in our wider Branch Accounts team in maintaining accurate records for these Branch, Trust and County funds, producing accurate financial and improving financial controls.
You will maintain and control our portfolio of restricted funds, ensuring that our organisation complies with charity and trust law and you will advise on appropriate policies for the recording and expenditure of restricted funds, ensuring restricted funds are maximised in support of our charitable objectives.
