What we’re looking for:

- Experience in debt advice and FCA compliance

The role is homebased with occasional travel required throughout East and West Midlands. In addition, travel to team meetings and training, usually in London, is required. You may also be required to attend national BDMA Service annual events held across the UK. We do cover travel expenses. 
This position is also subject to pre-employment checks including an Enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for an Interim Head of Legal to lead the RBL Legal Team and act as the organisation’s principal legal adviser. This Head of Legal role will take ownership of legal strategy and delivery across a broad portfolio including charity law matters, commercial contracts, governance, regulatory compliance and data protection.

This role is responsible for the operational leadership of our six care homes and the Galanos House Community Hub, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and to the highest possible standards. Working closely with Home Managers and frontline teams, you will provide visible leadership, practical support, and robust oversight to drive performance, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional care for residents.

As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our homes are well-led, resident-focused, and continuously improving. You will be confident in challenging constructively, resolving operational issues, and supporting teams to achieve excellence in care delivery. Working alongside the Managing Director of Care Homes, you will also contribute to the strategic direction and future development of the service.

We are looking for a values-driven leader with the following qualifications and experience -

- Registered Nurse
- Significant senior operational leadership experience within care home settings
- A strong track record of improving quality, compliance, and operational performance
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills
- Significant experience of working with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation

We have a new opportunity for a Technology Deliver Manager to join our fantastic Technology team.

Sitting at the centre of Clubs and Bands compliance activity, you’ll coordinate licence processes, provide operational guidance and support, and work closely with Regional Club Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with legislation and organisational requirements.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a high standard of service. You’ll be comfortable managing stakeholder queries, interpreting policies and procedures, and handling sensitive or complex situations professionally. Strong administration and reporting skills are essential, alongside confidence using databases, systems and Microsoft Office tools. Experience working within compliance, governance, membership services or stakeholder led environments would be highly beneficial, particularly within charities, membership organisations or licensed settings.

Alongside the compliance and coordination responsibilities, you’ll also support engagement with Clubs and Bands across the wider network. From coordinating communications and maintaining accurate records, to supporting forums, newsletters and wider membership activity, this role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to work across multiple teams and functions. Based in our Service Delivery team, the Technology Change and Release Lead will be accountable for the safe, controlled, and predictable introduction of technology change across our organisation. Operating as the Change Enablement practice owner, this role will ensure that all changes whether delivered internally, by suppliers, or as part of product/platform roadmaps are assessed, authorised, scheduled and reviewed in line with best practice.

Reporting to our Service Delivery Manager, this new role will play a vital role in ensuring that all technology changes are clearly communicated and well understood across the organisation. It will support the knowledge management process by maintaining accurate and accessible information within the knowledge management system, and by ensuring that impact analysis is effective through a reliable, up to date configuration management database.
