We have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our fantastic FP&A team here at RBL in a pivotal role supporting a portfolio of teams across our central services functions.
Your focus will be to deliver strong and effective financial management for our Support Directorates, including DDaT (Digital, Data and Technology), Finance and Commercial, and People (HR). You will work closely with Executive Directors and Directors, as well as operational teams to provide senior financial and commercial support, analysis, challenge and advice to enable decision making on a sound financial basis. You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

About the National Memorial Arboretum
