TEAM ASSISTANT – COMMUNITY IMPACT

Salary:  £28,000

Location: Central London office (min 60%) with some flexibility to work from home (40%)

Contract type: 18-month FTC

Holiday: 25 days per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday-

The Role:

Join the Royal Foundation in their mission to make a positive impact through the recently launched Community Impact Programme. We are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to provide vital administrative support to the programme's implementation.

As the Team Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth organisation, coordination, and flow of information within the programme. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess a can-do attitude, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

 Key responsibilities will include:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Programme Assistant to contribute to our Community Impact Programme. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

-          Assisting in the organisation of relevant programme and stakeholder meetings and events.

-          Managing team diaries, preparing meeting agendas, papers, and minutes, and coordinating meeting logistics.

-          Facilitating regular team meetings, capturing notes/actions, and supporting the team in tracking these to completion.

-          Providing support in preparing programme-related updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

-          Assisting the events team on an ad-hoc basis with reconnaissance and engagement planning, stakeholder management, and logistics for the Community Impact Programme.

-          Updating and maintaining key programme documents as required.

-          Managing databases and customer relationship management systems (CRMs).

-          Handling correspondence from wider stakeholder groups related to the Community Impact Programme.

-          Managing logistics and team travel arrangements.

Knowledge, experience, and personal qualities

We're seeking candidates with the following knowledge and experience (all essential):

-          Excellent administrative skills

-          Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and networking skills

-          Previous experience working for a not-for-profit organisation or on projects

-          Demonstrable experience supporting projects and/or events

-          Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-          Ability to thrive in a busy environment with excellent time management skills, the capacity to prioritize workload, handle conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlines

-          Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels

-          Proficient in using database and email software such as Mailchimp and Salesforce
