Job Title: Policy and Public Affairs Executive
Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford / Hybrid or Home-based (with regular UK travel)
Salary: Hybrid -£33,476 per annum, Band F, Level 3 (inclusive of OLW)
Salary: Home-based: £31,716 per annum, Band F, Level 3
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

As our Policy and Public Affairs Executive, Key responsibilities:
- Engaging with MPs and organising events at political party conferences
- Leading on our flagship 35 Hours of Volunteering Leave campaign
- Tracking government decisions and ensuring young people’s voices are heard
- Help write briefings and updates for our senior leaders
What we are looking for in our Policy and Public Affairs Executive:
- Communicates clearly and confidently both in writing and in person
- Is organised, great with people, and thrives on variety
- Has some experience in politics, policy, or public affairs
- Enjoys supporting young people and working with purpose
- Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadline
