Job description

We are looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER who will: ● Take ownership of the smooth, safe and successful functioning of the church as we pursue our vision and mission. ● Develop and maintain the Operations Team (currently comprising Administrator, Finance Officer, Custodian, Cleaners). ● Work in partnership with Trustees, Leaders, Staff and Volunteers to support: the maintenance and development of safe, compliant, efficient and effective systems and settings in which the work of the church may prosper.
