Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Stroke Association on a fantastic Brand Marketing Lead role. The successful candidate will develop and execute brand marketing activity, shaping awareness and engagement while collaborating across teams to bring innovative marketing campaigns to life. This is an excellent opportunity to drive impactful brand development within a respected organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Analyse market trends and competitor positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide guidance on brand compliance and standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators.
- Manage external agencies and partnerships to support brand activities.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in brand marketing or related roles, ideally within the charity or health sectors.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adept at analysing data to inform marketing decisions and optimise results.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and adaptability to evolving organisational needs.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to work.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £45,000 (+weighting depending on post code)
- 1 year FTC
- Remote, occasional UK travel
