Community Fundraiser- East

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic charity on a Community Fundraiser role covering the East region. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a meaningful part in community engagement and support to improve lives through charitable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets.
• Cultivate relationships with community groups, local businesses, and volunteers to maximise engagement.
• Organise and lead fundraising activities, events, and campaigns within the east region.
• Effectively communicate the charity’s mission and impact to diverse audiences.
• Track and report on fundraising activities and outcomes.
• Identify new funding opportunities and build partnerships to expand the organisation’s reach.
• Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and organisation policies.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in community fundraising or a related role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects independently.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Motivated and adaptable, able to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and ethical standards.
• A positive attitude towards community engagement and charity work.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Mainly home based with travel in the region and occasional in person team meetings
