Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Content Planning Manager role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic content planning and campaign coordination within a dynamic health charity, supporting high-impact communications aligned with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrated content and campaign plans that support organisational objectives, campaigns, fundraising activities, and key external opportunities.
- Lead the planning and scheduling of content, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and alignment across channels.
- Identify and maximise compelling stories, content formats (such as video, photography, articles), and opportunities from various sources, while coordinating content production and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with team members and external stakeholders, including media partners, to identify media angles and reinforce messaging.
- Support the delivery of specific campaigns, notably the Future in Sight campaign, through strategic planning, audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets.
- Ensure communications meet brand standards, are aligned with organisational priorities, and optimise reach and engagement across websites, email, social media platforms, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics to evaluate outcomes, adapt strategies, and produce performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Provide strategic communications advice and support to colleagues and project leads, fostering a proactive approach to outreach and engagement.
- Manage external suppliers, including creative agencies and content creators, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
- Uphold data security standards, ensure compliance regulations are followed, and embed inclusive communication practices across all activities.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated communications campaigns with measurable objectives.
- Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple content streams and stakeholders.
- Well-versed in digital platforms, including content management systems, email marketing, and scheduling tools such as Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling stories for diverse audiences.
- Data-savvy, with experience interpreting analytics to inform content and campaign optimisation.
- Adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners, influencing project direction.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player committed to inclusive practices and organisational values.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £163.49 per day PAYE + £26.25 per day holiday
- Location: Hybrid – Central London
- Contract: Part-time until March 2027 (4 days per week)
