Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to make a real impact at a dynamic charity in London. You will lead the exciting transition to a new CRM platform (Dotdigital) and spearhead the charity's digital CRM marketing strategy. This role offers the chance to shape how the charity engages with its audience, grows brand awareness, and deepens philanthropic engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and rollout of Dotdigital, migrating data from Mailchimp.
  • Develop and execute the charity's digital CRM marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and promote services within the music industry.
  • Monitor and analyse CRM marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Oversee the CRM lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, determining appropriate marketing communications for various audience segments.
  • Test and scale diverse campaigns to identify effective messaging and drive beneficiary and donor engagement.
  • Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the charity's overall communications strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with fundraising and communications teams to ensure campaign success and inform future planning.

Person Specification:

  • Extensive experience in CRM management, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices.
  • Proficiency in Dotdigital and Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in user experience optimisation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage automated communication workflows to achieve various objectives (e.g., fundraising, relationship management).
  • Comprehensive understanding of GDPR legislation and its practical application.
  • Experience in developing and delivering targeted content to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
