Job description

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Digital Content Officer role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content to enhance the organisation’s online presence and effectively communicate its mission and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain engaging digital content across various platforms to promote organisational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance, providing insights to optimise engagement and reach.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
  • Support and uphold accessibility and inclusivity standards in all digital communications.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and management, preferably within a charitable or non-profit organisation.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, content management systems, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive communication standards.
