We are working with a fabulous charity client who are looking for an Interim Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising. This is a crucial role for a 4-to-5-month contract, overseeing and growing two vital income streams during the recruitment of a permanent postholder.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the legacy and in-memory fundraising income streams.
• Manage a £2 million budget.
• Lead and develop a team of four fundraising professionals.
• Shape strategy for legacy and in-memory fundraising.
• Develop new in-memory fundraising initiatives.
• Build a strong pipeline of long-term supporters.
• Manage campaigns effectively.
• Cultivate strong supporter relationships.

Person Specifications

• Solid experience in both Legacy and In Memory fundraising is essential.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated thoughtful leadership.
• Creative insight to strengthen supporter relationships and drive long-term impact.
• Confident in working autonomously and as part of a wider team.

What’s on Offer:
Up to £262 per day PAY (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hybrid working
4-5 month contract
