Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a well-known charity on a fantastic Interim Director of Strategy and Performance role. This position involves leading change management, enhancing performance frameworks, and managing strategic planning on a fixed-term basis to support the organisation’s operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance through effective change management.
  • Lead on performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and key outcomes.
  • Manage strategic planning processes, including setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed cultural and operational change initiatives.
  • Oversee digital transformation efforts related to performance improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of strategic plans, with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.

Person Specification

  • Extensive experience in strategy development and performance management within a complex organisational environment.
  • Proven track record of leading change management initiatives successfully.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing at various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital tools and technology related to performance and operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, evolving context.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters inclusive working practices and positive relationships.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £95,000, pro rata for 6 months. This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week in their London office.
