Philanthropy Officer - Prospect Research
Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Philanthropy Officer role. This position involves assessing and supporting individuals to promote their independence, ensuring fair and thorough decision-making to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and reviews to determine individuals’ needs related to independent living.
- Make informed decisions based on policies, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather relevant information and to communicate outcomes clearly.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of assessments, decisions, and actions taken.
- Identify additional support needs and facilitate appropriate referrals or assistance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes by providing insights and feedback.
Person Specification
- Ability to evaluate information objectively and make decisions with fairness and sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse individuals and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Experience in assessment, casework, or equivalent roles is desirable.
- Able to work independently with good time management.
- Compassionate and respectful approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £138.34 basic pay + £18.61 holiday - daily rate
