Senior Community Fundraising Executive

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing health charity on a fantastic Senior Community Fundraising Executive role. This position offers an opportunity to lead and develop community engagement strategies that make a meaningful impact, supporting the organisation’s mission to serve the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals
  • Cultivate relationships with community groups, volunteers, and local partners to maximise outreach and engagement
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with organisational priorities
  • Inspire and support community volunteers and stakeholders in fundraising activities
  • Analyse operational results to optimise fundraising efforts and report on performance metrics
  • Maintain a strong understanding of community needs and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful communication and promotional activities

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in community fundraising or development roles within the charity sector
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • Ability to create compelling narratives that inspire participation and support
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Knowledge of charity funding landscapes and community engagement practices
